Abstract The energy efficiency interventions and rehabilitation actions regarding university campuses are characterized by an emblematic impact, representing significant examples of good practices that a given community could adopt, even at the city level. Starting from the idea that campuses may be regarded as small scale models of cities, a quantitative method for estimating to which extent the adoption of a given set of interventions by a municipality could contribute to make such city close to a nearly zero energy profile is proposed. Il complesso monumentale di villa Cattolica di Bagheria (Italia), è ubicato a pochi chilometri da Palermo, è rappresenta un notevole esempio di residenza suburbana costruita nel XVII e completata solo nella prima metà del XVIII secolo. The article focuses on the recent labour courts judgements on the right to health and safety in the workplace of riders in times of pandemic emergency.

This work investigates the issue of the liability of the food producer in the light of the European legislation that has always sought a balance between consumer protection and market protection. From the analysis made it is clear that the efforts carried out in the first direction and pursued also with the legislation on food safety, however, fail to make the protection of the consumer really full and effective. The author then proposes regulatory changes aimed at increasing consumer protection by not hindering the principle of free movement of goods.

Die von J.-P. Delor anhand von Luftaufnahmen identifizierte Einhegung von Deux-Rivières (Cravant) war 1999 Gegenstand einer kurzen Sondierungskampagne. Sie ist von einer Palissade und möglicherweise einem Graben oder einer zweiten Palisade umgeben und umgrenzt ein ca. 1,5 ha großes Areal. Sie wurde durch den Bau der Rollbahn eines Militärflughafens, bei dem der Innenbereich teilweise abgetragen wurde, stark beschädigt. Das Fundmaterial gestattet keine genauere Datierung.
