Recykling odpadów z szyb samochodowych i szkła budowalnego z folią PVB

Dokonano analizy możliwości wykorzystania odpadów z szyb samochodowych klejonych oraz bezpiecznego szkła budowlanego z folią PVB. Aktualnie najczęściej stosowaną folią w szkle klejonym jest folia poliwinylobutyralu (PVB). Niniejsza praca przedstawia analizę możliwości odzyskania surowców w postaci folii PVB i szkła z odpadów szyb klejonych. Analizowana metoda polega na rozpuszczeniu folii PVB oraz separacji folii od kawałków szkła. Przedstawiono również możliwości zastosowania rozpuszczonej folii PVB, a szkła jako wsadu surowcowego w hutach szkła.

Bakalaura darbā “Plastmasas atkritumu pārstrāde Latvijā” tika veikts pētījums, par esošajiem uzņēmumiem Latvijā, kas nodarbojas ar plastmasas atkritumu pārstrādi. Konkrēti tika apskatīti četri uzņēmumi AS “PET Baltija”, SIA “Nordic Plast”, SIA “Grindplast”, SIA "Why Recycle". Uz doto mirkli šie četri uzņēmumi ir lielākie uzņēmumu Latvijā, kas nodarbojas ar plastmasas atkritumu pārstrādi. Mechanical recycling is an easy and economic way to re-use plastic waste as secondary materials, but, in general, their properties are worse with respect to the reclaimed materials and the virgin polymer. The aim of this work was to study the effect of concentration and reaction kinetics of two additives, an ethylene-co-glycidyl methacrylate (Lotader) and a hydroxylamine derivative (CGX), in the re-building of a degraded polyethylene.
