Objective Online health and social care services are getting widespread which increases the risk that less advantaged groups may not be able to access these services resulting in digital exclusion. We examined the combined effects of age and digital competence on the use of online health and social care services. Przedstawiona praca dotyczy metod syntezy oktakarboksyftalocyjanin cynku, glinu i galu oraz ich charakterystyki spektralnej (spektroskopii UV-Vis), którą przestawiono zarówno z punktu widzenia eksperymentalnego, jak i teoretycznego. Opisano istniejące metody syntezy ftalocyjanin i ich modyfikacje prowadzące do uzyskania pochodnych rozpuszczalnych w wodzie, mających jako podstawniki peryferyjne osiem grup karboksylowych. Scharakteryzowano widma absorpcyjne UV- Vis typowe dla ftalocyjanin, dzięki którym można uzyskać wiele cennych informacji na temat tych kompleksów. En esta tesis doctoral se realizaron estudios computacionales para las enzimas caspasa-1 y la 3CLpro del SARS-CoV-2. Estas enzimas pertenecen a la familia de las cisteína proteasas, las cuales hidrolizan sus respectivos sustratos rompiendo un enlace peptídico en particular. En esta reacción interviene una diada catalítica conformada por un par Cis-His. La caspasa-1 fue seleccionada debido a su importancia farmacológica en la enfermedad de Alzheimer, y la enzima 3CLpro del SARS-CoV-2 por estar involucrada en el proceso de replicación del virus responsable de la enfermedad del COVID-19. Ternary polymer solutions are currently employed for the production of porous structures (e.g. membranes and scaffolds for tissue engineering) via liquid-liquid phase separation techniques. The relation between processing conditions and thermodynamic features of the considered polymeric system determines the morphology of the as-prepared membrane. Therefore, in order to achieve a better control on a porous structure, a deep characterization of the phase behavior of a polymer solution is needed. Applications and non-idealities of submicron Al–AlOx–Nb tunnel junctions

We have developed a technique to fabricate sub-micron, 0.6µm×0.6µm Al-AlOx-Nb tunnel junctions using a standard e-beam resist, angle evaporation and double oxidation of the tunneling barrier, resulting in high quality niobium, as determined by the the high measured values of the critical temperature TC ∼ 7.5 K and the gap ∆ ∼ 1.3 meV. The devices show great promise for local nanoscale thermometry in the temperature range 1 - 7.5 K.
