Bakalaura darba tēma ir Uzņēmuma vērtēšanas pieejas un metodes. Šī darba mērķis ir izpētīt uzņēmuma vērtēšanas pieejas un pielietot visplašāk izmantoto metodi uzņēmuma “X” vērtības noteikšanai kā arī izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus vērtēšanas procesam. Pirms darba izstrādēs tika veikts pieejamās literatūras apkopojums. Bakalaura darbā tiek pievērsta gan vērtēšanas procesā izmantojamiem standartiem gan arī pašām uzņēmuma vērtēšanas pieejām un metodēm. Darbā ir aprakstītas sekojošas pieejas- ieņēmumu pieeja, izmaksu pieeja un salīdzināšanas (analoga) pieeja un attiecīgi šo pieeju metodes. Este artículo tiene por objeto analizar el encuentro entre Valdismo y Reforma, y la trasformación del movimiento herético medieval en iglesia reformada a través del examen de dos confesiones de fe: la Declaración del Sínodo de Chanforan (1532), por medio de la cual se determina la incorporación de los valdenses a la Reforma, y la Confesión de fe valdense de 1655, en la que podemos relevar los rasgos de una iglesia ya claramente definida, provista de una doctrina, una organización y una disciplina eclesiástica marcadamente protestantes.

A new procedure has been developed to immobilize iminodiacetic acid (IDA) onto the surface of silica supports, such as LiChrospher Si-1000 and 1.5-microns nonporous silica, for use in high-performance immobilized metal affinity chromatography (HPIMAC) of proteins. This IDA immobilization method has been achieved through the synthesis of a new silylation reagent, 1-(iminodiacetic acid di-tert-butylester)-3-glycidoxy-propyltrimethoxysilane (IDA-silane). Abstract A broad range of physiological and evolutionarily studies requires standard and robust methods to assess the strength and activity of an individual’s immune defense. In insects, this goal is generally reached by spectrophotometrically measuring (pro-) phenoloxidase activity, an enzymatic and non-specific process activated after wounding and parasite infections. However, the literature surprisingly lacks a standard method to calculate these values from spectrophotometer data and thus to be able to compare results across studies. Food-mediated modulation of immunity in a phytophagous insect: An effect of nutrition rather than parasitic contamination.

7 pages; International audience; Inherent to the cost of immunity, the immune system itself can exhibit tradeoffs between its arms. Phytophagous insects face a wide range of microbial and eukaryotic parasites, each activating different immune pathways that could compromise the activity of the others. Feeding larvae are primarily exposed to microbes, which growth is controlled by antibiotic secondary metabolites produced by the host plant. The resulting variation in abundance of microbes on plants is expected to differentially stimulate the insect antimicrobial immune defenses. A20/TNFAIP3 is an ubiquitin-editing enzyme, important for the regulation of the NF-κB pathway. Mutations in the TNFAIP3 gene have been linked to different human autoimmune disorders. In human B-cell lymphomas, the inactivation of A20 results in constitutive NF-κB activation. Recent studies demonstrate that in mice the germline inactivation of A20 leads to early lethality, due to inflammation in multiple organs of the body. In this report, we describe a new mouse strain allowing for the tissue-specific deletion of A20. We show that B-cell-specific deletion of A20 results in a dramatic reduction in marginal zone B cells.
