Ultra vires doktrīna konstitucionālajā tiesvedībā

Bakalaura darbā aplūkota ultra vires doktrīna konstitucionālajā tiesvedībā, kura kā tiesību institūts nav plaši pētītā, bet tiek bieži lietota konstitucionālās tiesas spriedumos, skatot tiesību normu atbilstību augstāk stāvošam tiesību aktam. Darba mērķis ir apzināt ultra vires doktrīnas realizēšanas nosacījumus konstitucionālajā tiesvedībā. Lai to sasniegtu, autore pētīs ultra vires doktrīnas saturu un izpratni, tās dažādību, analizēs tiesību aktos noteiktās kompetences sadalījumu un tās pārkāpšanu, kā arī salīdzinās ārvalstu konstitucionālo tiesu praksi ultra vires doktrīnas attīstībā. Citēšanas pārvaldības rīku lietojamība

Pētījuma “Citēšanas pārvaldības rīku lietojamība” mērķis ir noskaidrot, cik lietotājiem draudzīgi ir pieejamie bezmaksas rīki – Mendeley un Zotero, kādi ir plusi un mīnusi, darbojoties ar šiem rīkiem. Pētījums balstīts uz DELOS seminārā Budapeštā izstrādāto “Mijiedarbības trīs komponentu modeli” (The Interaction Triptych Model). Kā datu vākšanas metode izvēlēta verbālais protokols. Rīku aprakstīšanai un novērtēšanai tika veikta kvalitatīvā kontentanalīze. Pētījuma rezultātā apstiprinājās izvirzītā hipotēze, ka Mendeley un Zotero nav lietotājiem draudzīgi rīki, jo rīku ātrākai apgūšanai ir nepieciešama profesionāļu palīdzība.
Parametrizētu algoritmu paātrinājumi kvantu datoram

Darbā tiek aplūkots, kā uz kvantu datora iespējams paātrināt zināmus parametrizētus algoritmus problēmām “Closest string”, “Cluster vertex deletion”, “Cluster editing”, “Vertex cover” un “Longest path” problēmu risinājumiem, ka arī to uzlabošana kvantu datoram, izmantojot kvantu algoritmus meklēšanas koka apstaigāšanai un dinamiskai programmēšanai. Ir parādīts, kā izveidot kvantu algoritmus “Cluster vertex deletion” problēmas risinājumam ar laika sarežģītību 𝑂(1.7321^𝑘 * √𝑘 * 𝑛^3) un “Vertex cover” problēmai ar laiku 𝑂(1.175^𝑘 * 𝑘^𝑂(1) + 𝑛√𝑚), kas ir labāk, nekā labākajiem zināmajiem algoritmiem ar laiku 𝑂(1.9102^𝑘 * (𝑛 + 𝑚)) un 𝑂(1.2738^𝑘 + 𝑘𝑛), attiecīgi. Acute graft-versus-host disease (aGvHD) is a major cause of morbidity and mortality after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell plus T cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). Adolescents' perception of scientific inquiry in nature : a drawing analysis

This study was carried out to determine adolescents’ perception of scientific inquiry (SI) in nature and the effect of a science camp on those perceptions. Eleven science campers (14 to 16 years old) participated in this research during a science camp. Pre- and post-test included open questions and drawing tasks. The campers’ drawings were analyzed to assess their out-of-school perceptions related to SI. The aim was to clarify what phases and factors the campers associated with SI in nature, and how their perceptions differ after participating at a science camp.
