Maģistra darba "Pašvaldību autonomija Latvijā administratīvi teritoriālās reformas kontekstā" mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā mainījusies vietējo pašvaldību autonomija Latvijā. Uzsākot pētījumu izvirzīta arī hipotēze: vietējo pašvaldību autonomija Latvijā ir samazinājusies. Darba teorētiskā daļā skaidrota vietējās autonomijas un vietējās demokrātijas nozīmē, aprakstīti decentralizācijas, subsidaritātes principi. Veidots Eiropas un Latvijas pašvaldību darba apraksts, pievērošoties centrālās un vietējās pārvaldes un varas attiecībām. El objetivo del estudio es evaluar la virtuosidad percibida en organizaciones escolares y las diferencias por tipo de centro educativo (fiscal, municipal); sexo (mujer, hombre) y rol (estudiantes, docentes). Se trató de un estudio instrumental basado en el análisis de la estructura factorial y la fiabilidad de un cuestionario para evaluar virtudes percibidas en escuelas (VPOE); y, de un estudio descriptivo transversal que analizó diferencias por sexo, rol y tipo de organizaciones escolares con relación a las virtudes percibidas. The article deals with the complex issue of presenting the underworld in the Reja's Wizerunk. The author draws attention to the presence in the output of the old Polish poet of many visionary elements borrowed from the most varied traditions and religious systems. The popular pattern of searching for spiritual perfection, fixed in the archetype of the topographic movement of the hero (Latin: Homo viator) turns out to be particularly visible. Based on a nationwide quantitative survey conducted on 2,000 households (including 1,000 demotorised households and 1,000 non-demotorised twin households), we propose to provide an overview of demotorisation in France. This survey by questionnaire was conducted during the winter of 2017-2018 with a panel of households representative of the French population (from the Metaskope panel of Kantar-TNS ex-TNS-Sofres). Combined with the ?Parc Auto? panel survey (Kantar-TNS for Ademe-CCFA-Ifsttar-DSR), this survey is an original source of data on the French demotorised households. In Italy there are various records of the recurring presence of ceremonial breads; among these we may observe votive anthropomorphic breads, in particular in Sicily. These “special” breads are prepared for calendar festivals, for the patron saints’ days celebrations or anyway for celebrations of particular relevance for single communities, being connected to critical phases of the wheat cycle: that is to say, the month of May, the earing season, and June—July, the harvest season. In recent years, a growing number of forced migrants have travelled to Italy across the Mediterranean Sea. While the number of new arrivals has diminished since 2017, the Italian reception system still struggles to process the high number of applications for international protection. A significant proportion of forced migrants who arrive in Italy end up living in informal settlements, such as occupied buildings, shacks, containers and tented camps. Uusi kuntalaki hyväksyttiin keväällä 2015. Työssä tarkasteltiin kuntalain edellyttämää osallistumista ja strategiatyötä puheviestintätieteen näkökulmasta. Tavoitteena oli kuvata ja analysoida kansalaisosallistumista kunnissa ja tarkastella, miten tietoa toimivasta vuorovaikutuksesta voidaan hyödyntää osallistumisen suunnittelussa, johtamisessa ja strategiatyössä. Työssä pyrittiin selvittämään, millaiset vuorovaikutuskäytänteet tukevat kuntalaisten osallisuutta ja vaikuttamismahdollisuuksia. Artikkeli on tapaustutkimus paikallisrahajärjestelmästä, jota kokeiltiin äskettäin maalaisympäristössä Sysmän kunnassa. Paikallisraha on yksi innovaatiivisista aloitteista, joita kunta on tehnyt tällä vuosituhannella torjuakseen jo 1960-luvulta alkaen käynnissä ollutta väestökatoa. Tässä artikkelissa tutkitaan paikallisrahan käynnistysvaihetta siihen sisältyneiden ristiriitojen näkökulmasta. Artikkelissa todetaan, että järjestelmä kärsi epäselvästä tavoitteenasettelusta, ja että eri osallisilla oli tavoittesta vaihtelevia ja ristiriitaisia käsityksiä.
