Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on löytää kahden käyttöönottoprosessin sekä kirjallisuuskatsauksen pohjalta tietojärjestelmän käyttöönottoprosessin Best Practice suositukset. Kohteena oleva tietojärjestelmä on case yrityksessä tarkoitus jalkauttaa neljään eri yksikköön maailmanlaajuisesti. Resumen también en inglés Este trabajo tiene como objetivo estudiar la capacidad que tienen las dimensiones de calidad de servicio, en cuanto a los tangibles, a la hora de predecir la satisfacción de los clientes. Para ello, se controlaron estadísticamente los efectos de la calidad de servicio de la interacción social entre empleado y cliente, tanto funcional como relacional. Negative frequency-dependence, which favors rare genotypes, promotes the maintenance of genetic variability and is of interest as a potential explanation for genetic differentiation. Density-dependent selection may also promote cyclic changes in frequencies of genotypes. Here we show evidence for both density-dependent and negative frequency-dependent selection on opposite life-history tactics (low or high reproductive effort, RE) in the bank vole (Myodes glareolus). El objetivo principal de este estudio ha sido analizar las propie- dades psicométricas de la escala de Satisfacción con la Vida (SWLS) en una muestra de 363 estudiantes jubilados pertenecientes a varias universidades portuguesas. El 70% de los participantes eran mujeres frente a un 30% de hombres, con una media de edad de 67 años (SD = 7.59) y un rango de edad comprendido entre 48 y 90 años. Lost in translation : implementing personal assistance in an East Asian context

Since 2012, Taiwanese citizens with disabilities have been entitled to personal assistance from local authorities. To explore current features of personal assistance and barriers to its implementation, and distinguish it from homecare services, 33 disabled people and 12 staff members representing 10 local authorities in Taiwan were interviewed. Findings indicate that disabled people prefer personal assistance to homecare and perceive that relationships with their families have improved since the availability of personal assistance. Aposematism is the combination of a primary signal with a secondary defence that predators must learn to associate with one another. However, variation in the level of defence, both within and between species, is very common. As secondary defences influence individual fitness, this variation in quality and quantity requires an evolutionary explanation, particularly as it may or may not correlate with variation in primary signals.
