Computer aided scheduling and routing of vehicle-carrier fleet—a case study

This paper presents a case study of development of an information system for a large enterprise from vehicle-transport industry. A novel optimization model and algorithms developed to solve scheduling and routing of vehicle-carrier fleet are presented and discussed. Carried out qualitative experiments confirmed the usability of developed user-guided search paradigm and high performance of autonomous algorithmic solution search methods.

Nutro molto rispetto per chi si occupa di tipografia, a qualsiasi livello lo faccia, come attività progettuale, come ambito di ricerca, come materia di insegnamento. Trovo che sia una disciplina che richiede un lavoro importante, silenzioso, metodico, una attenta dedizione, che impone di studiare la forma delle lettere, osservando i tanti piccoli segni a distanze differenti, come in un processo di avvicinamento a un territorio, in cui gli elementi possono apparire brancolanti sul bianco del foglio come lupi su una distesa di neve, oppure serrati come soldati in ranghi di un esercito ordinato su una superficie occupata.

The promotion of tourism in Italian regions from a sensorial perspective: a website content analysis

Recent tourism literature has identified the sensory dimension as key to understanding, planning and marketing tourist experiences. This paper aims to understand to what extent Italian regions consider the sensorial perspective in tourist communication, focusing the analysis on their institutional websites. We used the content analysis method considering two different periods to investigate the evolution of Italian tourism promotion. Investigate methodological quality of clinical trials in mandibular third molar surgery and its compliance with the consort statement. An electronic search was performed in five journal websites, chose the five scientific journals with the greatest impact factor in oral and maxillofacial surgery according to the SCImago Journal Rank. The compliance of studies with the CONSORT statement was assessed. Also, the risk of bias of each study was evaluated. Twenty-nine studies were included.
