In the ?barri del mercat?, in the city of Valencia and very close to its Lonja, there is a building complex which is the object of this study. The research, carried out from the simple field of toponymy, to the constructive analysis, lead us to suppose that it is the building of the Valencian trade union of cloth-shearers. It can be seen how the building now camouflaged by other subsequent interventions, corresponds to a type that cannot be related to those usually built in the city of Valencia. Desde los años 80 han proliferado nuevas formas atípicas de empleo en el Estado Español. En este contexto, se legaliza el trabajo cedido en 1994. Según los últimos datos del Anuario de Estadísticas Laborales, el número de trabajadores cedidos es de 708.600 en 2017, habiendo alcanzado la cifra de 1.678.668 en 2009. En el ámbito académico español se ha examinado el trabajo cedido desde una perspectiva jurídica y económica. En menor medida encontramos algún estudio sobre la precariedad de las personas que tienen este estatus.
