Orgaanisten yhdisteiden kiinteän tilan rakennemääritysmenetelmät

Pro gradu -tutkielmassa käydään läpi 16 yleistä orgaanisten yhdisteiden kiinteän tilan rakennemääritysmenetelmää. Erityistä huomiota on tutkielmassa osoitettu röntgendiffraktiolle, kiinteän tilan NMR-spektroskopialle ja infrapunaspektroskopialle. Erikoistyössä valmistettiin kaksi uutta amidofoldameeriä ja yksi uusi sulfonyylifoldameeri. Valmistettujen yhdisteiden ominaisuuksia tutkittiin ja niitten rakenteet määritettiin. Lisäksi määritettiin yhden muodostetun fluorikompleksin rakenne.

In the title compound, C20H18N2O3S, the dihedral angle between the central benzene ring and the amide group is 24.1 (3) and that between this ring and the aromatic ring of the tolyl group is 68.2 (16). In the crystal, adjacent molecules are linked by N—HO hydrogen bonds into a linear chain running along [100]. Weak C—HO contacts also occur. Extensive weak – interactions exist from both face-to-face and face-to-edge interactions occur between the aromatic rings [centroid–centroid distances = 3.612 (2) and 4.843 (2) A˚ ]. We conducted a narrative inquiry among eleven early school leavers who were in prison when they were interviewed. Self Determination Theory (SDT), more specifically the concept of frustration of the three basic psychological needs of competence, relatedness and autonomy, and the tendency of people to move towards more supporting environments, was used as an interpretative tool, along with contextual information. Our aim in this article is to study the relation between earnings of French universities graduates and some characteristics of their universities. We exploit data from the Céreq's "Génération 98" survey, enriched with information on university characteristics primarily from the ANETES (yearbook of French institutions of higher education). We employ multilevel modeling, enabling us to take advantage of the natural hierarchy in our separate datasets, and thus to identify, and even to measure potential effects of institutional quality. Tiivistelmä – Abstract Tutkielman tarkoituksena oli selvittää yläkoulun oppilaiden ja opettajien mielipiteitä sanaston oppimiseen suunnatuista tehtävistä; millaiset tehtävät heidän mielestään sopivat sanaston oppimiseen yläkoulussa. Samalla selvitettiin sanaston oppimista koulun ulkopuolella sekä sanaston oppimiseen käytettyä aikaa. Oppilaiden ja opettajien mielipiteitä verrattiin toisiinsa. Tutkimus toteutettiin Tampereella vuonna 2010. Osallistujina olivat kolme englannin opettajaa ja heidän luokkansa, yksi kutakin luokka-astetta, yhteensä 52 oppilasta.
