The town that spreads in the territory no longer has “limits”, this urban sprawl produces the use of the land and an inevitable increase in demand for mobility. Since the contemporary town, organized only for those who use their car, does not guarantee those who want to move using public transport so a “slow” mobility could contribute to improving the quality of life in towns. This study reflects on a case study characterized by a continuous urbanization – a widespread town traveled “quickly” - to transform it, with sustainable urban planning and a multidisciplinary approach, in a landscape to cross through the design of different paths for different “speed”, for different types of users.

The aim of this study was to analyze the distribution of oral pigmented lesions in a Brazilian population. Material and Methods A retrospective descriptive cross-sectional study was performed. Āfrikas cūku mēra vīrusa vakcīnas kandidātu izstrāde, izmantojot ssRNS bakteriofāgu vīrusveidīgo daļiņu platformu

Āfrikas cūku mēris ir globālā mēroga dzīvnieku industrijas problēma, pret kuru nav izstrādāta efektīva vakcīna. Maģistra darbs ir veltīts Āfrikas cūku mēra vīrusa (ĀCMV) vakcīnas kandidātu izstrādei, izmantojot drošu un efektīvu vīrusveidīgo daļiņu (VLP) platformu. Darba ietvaros ssRNS bakteriofāga AP205 apvalka proteīna monomērs un dimērs tika ģenētiski modificēts, ieviešot to N- un/vai C- galā izvēlēto ĀCMV antigēnu sekvences. Konstruktu ekspresijas rezultātā iegūtie proteīni tika attīrīti un raksturoti, pārbaudot VLP izveidošanos elektronu mikroskopā. Dažādu formu un izmēru objektu pielietojums stiklveida ķermeņa apduļķojumu simulācijai un detektēšanai

Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 32 lapām. Tas satur 22 attēlu, 4 tabulas, un 29 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot labākos objektus stiklveida ķermeņa apduļķojumu simulācijai un detektēšanai. Metode: Stiklveida ķermeņa apduļķojumu simulācijai izmantotas fotolitogrāfijas metodes, savukārt, to detektēšanai izmantots Kanija malu detektors. Rezultāti un analīze: Aptuveni 50 % no struktūrām, kuru izmērs ir 5-25 mikroni tika detektēti. Gaismas intensitātes sadalījums liecina par veiksmīgu difrakcijas ainas iegūšanu.
