Tässä pro gradu -tutkielmassa tarkastellaan aikariippuvan taustan omaavan Wightmanin funktion faasiavaruuden rakennetta. Aluksi esittelemme koherentin kvasihiukkasapproksimaation (cQPA), joka on epätasapainoilmiöiden tutkimiseen soveltuva lähestymistapa äärellisen lämpötilan kenttäteoriaan. Osoitamme cQPA:n avulla, että jos tarkastelemme systeemiä, joka ei ole translaatioinvariantti, sen faasiavaruudessa on perinteisten massakuoria vastaavien hiukkas- ja antihiukkasratkaisujen lisäksi uudenlaista rakennetta. Cet article a pour ambition de construire une réflexion théorique portant sur les enjeux éthiques des formules d'actionnariat des dirigeants. Une croissance économique soutenue et la performance des marchés boursiers ont, en effet, conduit de nombreuses firmes à introduire des plans d'option sur actions (POA ou stock-options) et des formules d'actionnariat ou à accroître leur importance dans le panier de rémunération de leurs dirigeants. Informācijas sabiedrības pakalpojumi ir viens no elektroniskās komercijas būtiskajiem komponentiem, kur šobrīd saskatāmas vairākas tiesību nepilnības. Darbā tiek analizēti informācijas sabiedrības pakalpojumu būtība, regulējums un identificētas pastāvošās problēmas, aktualizējot elektroniskās komercijas direktīvas nepilnības. Pētījuma rezultātā tika izdalītas būtiskākās problēmas saistībā ar Informācijas sabiedrības pakalpojumiem un piedāvāts iespējamais to risinājums. Pētījumā tika atainoti galvenie robi Informācijas sabiedrības pakalpojumu regulēšanā Eiropas Savienībā.

Sono il Documento di al–Azhar (2013) e la Dichiarazione di Alessandria (2014), concordi nel ribadire il valore delle donne e i diritti garantiti loro dalla shari‘a. L’uno e l’altra hanno visto il coinvolgimento delle femministe islamiche. Si descrivono anche le possibilità di collaborazione tra al-Azhar e le femministe islamiche, per fondare una conoscenza religiosa-femminista autoctona e sensibile al genere. The paper discusses a plethora of ideas regarding the concept of Roman citizenship, which is addressed in the light of a theory of fellowship (meaning ‘to be part of a given community’) and a theory of otherness (meaning ‘a relationship with someone who is not part of a given community’). There will be a brief overview of the development of citizenship in Ancient Roman history (during the period of Kings, Republican and Imperial Rome).
