Atmospheric aerosols have an uncertain effect on climate and serious impacts on human health. The uncertainty in the aerosols' role on climate has several sources. First, aerosols have great spatial and temporal variability. The spatial variability arises from the fact that aerosols emitted in a certain place can travel thousands of kilometers, swept by the winds to modify the destination region's climate. The spatial variability also means that aerosols are inhomogeneously distributed in the vertical direction, which can lead to a differential effect on the energy balance depending on the aerosols' altitude. The components of secondary organic aerosols (SOAs) generated from the gas-phase ozonolysis of two C(10)H(16)-terpenes (alpha-pinene; sabinene) and a cyclic C(6)H(10) alkene (cyclohexene) were characterized by the use of a Fourier transform ion cyclotron mass spectrometer equipped with an electrospray ionization source operated in the negative ion mode. Reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography was used to achieve chromatographic separation of highly oxidized organic compounds. Sul primo, l'affitto endofallimentare è visto come strumento di riallocazione del rischio di impresa nell'insolvenza, dai creditori al terzo affittuario, e di ripristino del fisiologico rapporto tra potere gestorio e business risk, tipico dell'impresa in bonis. Sul secondo, l'istituto è inquadrato non come anomalia sistematica, ma come coerente momento di valorizzazione della massa attiva da liquidarsi, in una mutata concezione della fase liquidatoria fallimentare, necessariamente integrante un momento gestionale che, per la res azienda, coincide con la continuazione dell'impresa.

The integration of informal business law in the OHADA framework. Methodological reflections

OHADA represents today a successful example of legal integration that offers a modern and reliable legal environment regarding business law in those countries that have joined it. However, such a modern integrated system of business law appears to be unsuited to the informal business sector that still represents a vital segment of the economy in most of the African countries. The paper discusses the attempts that have been made to integrate the informal business sector in the OHADA framework, trying to understand the reasons why they have been substantially unsuccessful and suggests a possible way forward to make such integration possible.

Un tale sistema si basa su una pluralità di centrali di committenza e soggetti aggregatori operanti sia a livello statale sia locale.
