In this study, we investigate the infinitive verb found in the subordinate infinitive (traditional grammar) from a strictly syntactic point of view (what is the role it plays in the structure phrase?), even if the arguments we advance to do this are from the syntax and semantics. Our main goal is to show that although this infinitive formally resembles a predicate of the object, it can not/should not yet be analyzed in this way in syntax.

L'A. nell'esaminare la tesi sostenuta dall'autore della monografia mette in rilievo la tesi centrale del volume secondo cui i concetti di inderogabilità e indisponibilità assumono particolare pregnanza nel diritto del lavoro in radicale contrapposizione al diritto comune dei contratti. L'A. ritiene altresì apprezzabili le ricche considerazioni dell’autore dedicate alla conciliazione sindacale.

The present paper deals with the decision of the Italian Constitutional Court to refer a preliminary ruling to the European Court of Justice on the well-known case "Taricco". The latter, in 2015, stated that the Italian law on statute of limitations was inconsistent with the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, having regard to the obligation upon Member States, stemming from art. 325 TFUE. Numerical and Experimental Study of a Novel Concept for Hydraulically Controlled Negative Loads

This paper presents a numerical and experimental investigation of a novel concept that eliminates oscillations in hydraulic systems containing a counterbalance valve in series with a pressure compensated flow supply. The concept utilizes a secondary circuit where a low-pass filtered value of the load pressure is generated and fed back to the compensator of the flow supply valve. The novel concept has been implemented on a single boom actuated by a cylinder. A nonlinear model of the system has been developed and an experimental verification shows good correspondence between the model and the real system.
