La legge n. 219 del 2017 e la disciplina del fine-vita tra principi costituzionali e problemi aperti. Spunti di riflessione

2019

It is the first legislative intervention expressed in a matter on which, until recently, there were doubts that the State could intervene. The legislation is constructed by general clauses, which incorporate the jurisprudential right, guaranteeing that the person has possibility for autonomous decisions on how to live the terminal phases of a pathological state that approaches to death. La nuova legge statutaria della Regione siciliana. Much Ado About Nothing?

2020

The article explores the “legge statutaria” n. 26/2020, recently passed by the Regional Assembly of Sicily. It tries to clarify the functioning of some legal instruments related with the form of regional government. Information disorder. Learning to recognize fake news

2022

The advent of the internet and digital platforms has revolutionised the way information is produced and disseminated. The aim of this paper was to examine whether it is possible to draw from Article 21 of the Italian Constitution that there is a right to good information, as an expression of the rights to be informed and to receive information. It also looked at what form of regulation is possible for the dissemination of information on the Web in order to ensure that it is true, objective, and unbiased and whether public- only regulation, private- only regulation or a form of co- regulation, which seems to be model chosen in the EU’s draft Regulation, the so- called Digital Services Act, i…
