Lukion opetussuunnitelman perusteisiin (Opetushallitus, 2015) on sisällytetty Monilukutaidot ja media -aihekokonaisuus, jossa monilukutaito määritellään taitoina tulkita ja tuottaa erilaisia tekstejä. Jokaisen opettajan odotetaan opettavan oman tiedonalansa tekstitaitoja, joiden alakohtaisuus pohjaa tiedonmuodostuksen käytänteisiin. Time is an essential dimension in cross-cultural e-collaboration among research project teams. Understanding temporal aspects and project dynamics in cross-cultural research e-collaboration and related processes can improve team members' skills in cross-cultural communication and increase their cultural competence. Nowadays, Social Workers (TS) have to realize territorial diagnoses. However, the concept of territory, with its multiple dimensions, does not offer them the possibility of realizing good works. In questo articolo rispondo alle critiche e ai commenti alla mia ricostruzione della concezione del potere di Michel Foucault proposti da Bruno Celano, José Juan Moreso, Marco Segatti, Alessandro Spena. Mi concentro in particolare sui seguenti aspetti: la connessione fra la nozione foucaultiana di potere e il conflitto; la distinzione fra potere disciplinare, potere governamentale, e potere normativo; la concezione foucaultiana della libertà come autorialità; ciò che Foucault può suggerire riguardo ad alcune “macchie cieche” della teoria del diritto contemporanea.

1. Breve descrizione dell’oggetto di studio Il concorso del Palazzo di Giustizia di Roma si svolge in quattro fasi svolte tra il 1884 e il 1887. Il progetto per il primo concorso, del 1884, redatto dall’allora giovanissimo Ernesto Basile (Palermo 1857-1932), rivela una grande perizia progettuale che trasforma il complesso programma funzionale in un austero edificio in stile neofiorentino. I disegni originari dell’opera, non realizzata, conservati presso la Dotazione Basile del Dipartimento di Architettura dell’Università di Palermo, sono stati oggetto di studio propedeutico alle fasi di analisi, interpretazione e ricostruzione congetturale del modello digitale. 2. Brief description of the object of study The competition of the Palace of Justice in Rome takes place in four phases between 1884 and 1887. The project for the first competition in 1884 drawn up by the then very young Ernesto Basile (Palermo 1857-1932) reveals a great deal of design expertise that transforms the complex functional program into an austere building in neo-florentine style. The original drawings of the building not realized kept in the Basile Endowment of the Department of Architecture of the University of Palermo have been the subject of preliminary study to the phases of analysis interpretation and conceptual reconstruction of the digital model. 2. Utilisation des critères non financiers pour évaluer ou piloter la performance : analyse théorique

The determinants which explain the use of non-financial measures in order to evaluate or drive the performance belong to disciplinary (contractual) and knowledge-based approaches. The aim of this paper is to propose a theoretical analysis of these explanations. For the disciplinary view, we realize a typology of the existing literature. We show that others theories explain the choice of non-financial measures too. For the knowledge-based view, we propose a synthesis of the existing literature in which the link between non-financial and theoretical explanations exists. La interdisciplinariedad en la educación artística: una propuesta de innovación

La división en áreas de conocimiento y en departamentos de las disciplinas artísticas ha supuesto una fragmentación tanto de su enseñanza como de su propia concepción. La incorporación de las artes a los estudios académicos generó una desconexión artificial y fragmentación de las mismas. Esto implica por una parte, el estudio de las artes en compartimientos estancos sin aparente relación y por otra, privar al alumnado de una visión del arte como un todo en lugar de mostrar estas manifestaciones como una única y sola faceta de la creatividad humana. Así pues, consideramos que el trabajo competencial puede ayudar a romper esta brecha desde una metodología abierta e interdisciplinar.
