Multicast access control concept for xDSL-customers

Multicast is a tempting possibility for many broad- band services. It makes possible to deliver one data-stream to several receivers simultaneously. IP-Multicast is based on an open group concept. This means that it is possible for all the users to join the group and thus receive the data. The open concept is also the main reason why multicast has not been taken in wider use. There is two different solution to solve this problem, group access control and multicast data encryption. Group access control mechanisms focuses on restricting the group membership at the users edge device. Quality of Service Multicasting over Differentiated Services Networks

This paper proposes a solution to support real-time multicast traffic with Quality of Service (QoS) constraints over Differentiated Services (DiffServ) IP networks. Our solution allows multicast users to dynamically join and leave the multicast tree. Moreover, it allows a multicast user which has negotiated a best-effort session to upgrade to a QoS-enabled session. Our solution is backward compatible with the Protocol Independent Multicast (PIM) scheme. It combines two ideas. First, resource availability along a new QoS path is verified via a probe-based approach. Second, QoS is maintained by marking replicated packets with a special DSCP value, before forwarding them on the QoS path.

Data collected in criminal investigations may suffer from issues like: (i) incompleteness, due to the covert nature of criminal organizations; (ii) incorrectness, caused by either unintentional data collection errors or intentional deception by criminals; (iii) inconsistency, when the same information is collected into law enforcement databases multiple times, or in different formats. This study aimed to explore which offensive variables best discriminate the ball possession duration according to players specific role (defenders, midfielders, attackers) during a Gk+3vs3+Gk football small-sided games. Fifteen under-15 players (age 13.2±1.0 years, playing experience 4.2±1.0 years) were grouped according to their positions (team of defenders, n = 5; team of midfielders, n = 7; team of attackers, n = 3). For example, on 19 September 2020, the UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson said: «We are now seeing a second wave coming in. We’ve seen it in France, in Spain, across Europe. Lifetime measurements of excited states in neutron-rich nuclei around 48 Ca

The lifetimes of the first excited states of the N = 30 isotones 50Ca and 51Sc and the Z = 18 isotopes 44−46Ar isotopes have been determined using a novel technique that combines the Recoil Distance Doppler Shift method with the CLARA-PRISMA spectrometers in multinucleon transfer reactions. The results allow determinination of the effective charges above 48Ca and test the strength of the N = 28 magic number when moving away from the stability line. Morphological variation of the Oncocyclus irises (Iris: Iridaceae) in the southern Levant

Morphological traits of Iris section Oncocyclus (Siems.) Baker in the southern Levant (Israel, Jordan, The Palestinian Authority and Sinai/Egypt) were analysed in order to clarify taxonomic relationships among taxa and the validity of diagnostic characters. Floral and vegetative characters were measured in 42 populations belonging to nine species during the peak of the flowering season in 1998‐2000. Parallel translations, Newton flows and Q-Wiener processes on the Wasserstein space

- We extend the definition of Lott’s Levi-Civita connection to the Wasserstein space of probability measures having density and divergence. We give an extension of a vector field defined along an absolutely curve onto the whole space so that parallel translations can be introduced as done in differential geometry.
