Bakalaura darbā “Pašvaldību saistošo noteikumu izdošanas un tiesiskuma kontroles problemātika” tiek pētīta pašvaldībām piešķirtā tiesība izdot ārējos normatīvos aktus, pētīti un atklāti tie kritēriji, kurus pašvaldībām nepieciešams ievērot, izdodot saistošos noteikumus, kā arī atklāti būtiskākie pašvaldību veiktie pārkāpumi, neievērojot obligātos priekšnosacījumus saistošo noteikumu izdošanas pieļaujamībai. Darbā tiek pētītas vairāku pašvaldību saistošo noteikumu normas, kas nosaka administratīvo atbildību, tiek sniegti arī ierosinājumi kā uzlabot to izkārtojumu un uztveramību. No resulta demasiado habitual que un archivo de protocolos notariales de características y dimensiones ciertamente particulares -más de 29.000 volúmenes que abarcan un arco cronológico entre los siglos XIV y XIX- se conserve y, aún más, sea propiedad de una institución privada. Esto ocurre, sin embargo, con el que nos ocupa, albergado en el prestigioso Real Colegio de Corpus Christi, fundación del Patriarca D. Juan de Ribera, arzobispo y virrey de Valencia, en las postrimerías del siglo XVI. Maģistra darba pētījumā tiek apskatītas būtiska procesuālā pārkāpuma atšķirīgās nozīmes un izvērtēšanas kritēriji, komplicētais pieteikuma priekšmets par procesuāla pārkāpuma konstatēšanu, kā arī tā nošķiršana no citiem pieteikuma priekšmetiem. Starplēmuma un administratīvā akta nošķiršanas nozīmīgumu var pamatot ar faktu, ka starplēmums nav pārsūdzams atsevišķi no administratīvā akta. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt būtiskākās atšķirības starp starplēmumu un administratīvo aktu, kā arī noskaidrot tiesu praksē pastāvošo nošķiršanas problemātiku un nošķiršanas dažādību. Darba uzdevumi ir apzināt gadījumus, kad starplēmums ir un kad nav uzskatāms par administratīvo aktu, noskaidrot starplēmuma apstrīdēšanas un pārsūdzības iespējas atsevišķi no administratīvā akta un izpētīt sūdzības kārtības institūtu. Ileus is common after colorectal surgery and is associated with an increased risk of postoperative complications. Identifying features of normal bowel recovery and the appropriateness for hospital discharge is challenging. This study explored the safety of hospital discharge before the return of bowel function.A prospective, multicentre cohort study was undertaken across an international collaborative network. This article offers a dialogical exploration of student teachers’ reflections on notions of insideness and outsideness, the focal themes of an Erasmus+ ten-day intensive programme (IP). The arts-based, interdisciplinary IP involved 32 student participants and twelve members of staff from eight European universities hosted by the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. The data for this paper are based on the final written essays of student participants as they reflected on their understanding of outsideness and insideness at the end of the IP.
