How to formalize new concepts and / or build new management tools that are consistent with an responsible approach? Through the field study of the prevention of psychosocial risks at work (PSR), our work illustrates the difficulty faced by researchers and practitioners in the context of a responsiblecorporate approach. The multiple possible approaches of the prevention of PSR are all ways leading to management choices with contrasted methods and results. That makes it necessary for researchers and practitioners to position themselves upstream from these choices.

La transferencia a la leche, la carne y a los huevos es baja. La técnica analítica de espectrometría de masas por acoplamiento inductivo de plasma (ICP-MS) es la utilizada habitualmente para la determinación de Cd en carne junto a la espectrofotometría de absorción atómica (AAS) con horno de grafito y de llama. SAP Screen Personas notikumu reģistrēšanas un izsekošanas rīks

Kvalifikācijas darbā tika izstrādāts “SAP Screen Personas notikumu reģistrācijas un izsekošanas rīks”, kurš sniedz iespēju iestatīt notikuma reģistrācijas līmeni, reģistrēt notikumu atbilstoši notikumu reģistrācijas līmenim, apskatīt un eksportēt reģistrētos notikumus, kā arī dzēst vecus notikumus. Izstrādātā rīka mērķis ir atvieglot SAP Screen Personas problemātisku notikumu izsekošanu un atkļūdošanu. “SAP Screen Personas notikumu reģistrēšanas un izsekošanas rīks” tika izstrādāts ABAP programmēšanas valodā. Rīka izstrādei tika izmantota “SAP Netweaver 7.40” izstrādes vide un princips Modelis – Skats – Kontrolieris.

Background: Nursing work environments are defined as the characteristics of the workplace that promote or hinder the provision of professional care by nurses. Positive work environments lead to better health outcomes. Our study aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses of primary health care settings in Spain. Methods: Cross-sectional study carried out from 2018 to 2019. We used the Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index and the TOP10 Questionnaire of Assessment of Environments in Primary Health Care for data collection. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt Administratīvā procesa likuma 85.panta tvērumu un uzskatāmi parādīt, kā tas darbojas tiesiska administratīvā akta atcelšanas gadījumos, paralēli izpētot APL 10. pantā esošo tiesiskās paļāvības aizsardzības principu, un tā ietekmi uz tiesiska administratīvā akta atcelšanu. Darba tēma tika izvēlēta, jo līdz šim tiesību doktrīnā APL 85. pants ir pētīts samērā maz. Ievērojamākais un plašākais ieskats par šo pantu ir aprakstīts APL komentāros.
