Automatic image enhancement by picture fusion

This paper describes an automatic technique able to fuse different images of the same scene, acquired with different camera settings, in order to obtain an enhanced single representation of the interested. This allows to extend the functionalities (depth of field, dynamic range) of medium and low cost digital cameras. When Multi-Scale Decomposition (MSD) is used on differently focused images, magnification and blurring effects of lens focusing systems often compromise the final image with unpleasant artifacts. However, major proteins stored in legume seeds are poor in sulfur-containing amino acids, and may be accompanied by anti-nutritional factors causing low protein digestibility problems. RESUMEN: El objetivo de este estudio es sintetizar el conocimiento científico sobre los principales mecanismos empleados para la obtención y distribución de pornografía infantil a lo largo de la historia. Para ello, se ha realizado una búsqueda exhaustiva de los trabajos publicados hasta 2016, siendo seleccionados un total de 37. Ptilostemon is a small genus of the subtribe Carduinae (Asteraceae) that includes 15 species as annual or perennial herbs or small shrubs, spread in the Mediterranean arch, from Crimea and Turkey to the Iberian Peninsula and Morocco. The syntheses, crystallographic structures, magnetic properties, and theoretical studies of two heptacoordinated molybdenum complexes with N,N′-bis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxyphenyl)-1,2-phenylenediamine (H4N2O2) are reported. A formally molybdenum(VI) complex [Mo(N2O2)Cl2(dmf)] (1) was synthesized by the reaction between [MoO2Cl2(dmf)2] and H4N2O2, whereas the other molybdenum(VI) complex [Mo(N2O2)(HN2O2)] (2) was formed when [MoO2(acac)2] was used as a molybdenum source. Lo studio ha come tema le modifiche operate dalla legge n. 268 del 1998 sui reati di c.d. pedofilia. L'analisi passa in rassegna gli aspetti sostanziali per poi soffermarsi ai peculiari meccanismi stabiliti sul versante processuale. L'approccio è adesivo all'intervento normativo sia per l'ingresso delle relative fattispecie tra i reati contro la persona, sia per l'indubbia tutela della vittima nell'accertamento dei reati.

The arboricity \(\varGamma \) of a graph is the minimum number of forests its edge set can be partitioned into. Previous approximation schemes were nonconstructive, i.e., they approximate the arboricity as a value without computing a corresponding forest partition. This is because they operate on pseudoforest partitions or the dual problem of finding dense subgraphs.
