Fucus vesiculosus L. is an important habitat-forming macroalga both in the saline and high diverse North Sea and the diluted and low diversity Baltic Sea. Despite its importance, comparisons of the spatial patterns of its epiphytes have rarely been reported. In this study we examined the species composition and density of macro-epiphytes and mobile fauna on the canopy-forming macroalga F. vesiculosus inhabiting different regimes of wave exposure in the North and Baltic Seas. Mana bakalaura darba tēma ir „Nākotnes perspektīvas suverēnās labklājības fondu darbībā Persijas Līča Sadarbības Padomes reģionā”. Mērķis ir izpētīt, suverēnās labklājības fondu attīstību nākotnē. Uzdevumi - starptautiskās finanšu sistēmas raksturojums, reģiona un turētājvalstu ekonomisko rādītāju, dokumentācijas un informācijas avotu analīze. Pētījums - trīs suverēnās labklājības fondu rādītāju analīze, stratēģiju noteikšana, darbības apjoma pieauguma radītāju analīze un secinājumu veidošana. Pētījuma rezultāti apstiprina, ka suverēnās labklājības fondi Persijas Līča Sadarbības padomes reģionā ir valstu alternatīva nākotnes paaudžu labklājības veidošanā.

Abstract Endomembrane trafficking is essential for all eukaryotic cells. The best-characterized membrane trafficking organelles include the endoplasmic reticulum (ER), Golgi apparatus, early and recycling endosomes, multivesicular body, or late endosome, lysosome/vacuole, and plasma membrane. Although historically plants have given rise to cell biology, our understanding of membrane trafficking has mainly been shaped by the much more studied mammalian and yeast models. Introduction: Regimens involving intensive immuno-chemotherapy, followed by high-dose therapy and autologous stem cell transplant represent the standard treatment for younger fit patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). Targeted approaches (i.e. ibrutinib, bortezomib, and lenalidomide) represent the backbone of therapy for relapsed cases. This paper shows an investigation on optimal damping constant performed in the frequency domain. The optimal damping constant is meant as that value that minimizes the acceleration of all connected bodies characterizing a two degree of freedom system sketching a quarter car. The connected bodies are sprung and unsprung mass respectively for quarter of chassis and tire, this last keeps the contact with the ground and it is connected with the sprung mass through a shock absorber characterized by spring and fluid damper.
