El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar si la variable Inteligencia Emocional se relaciona con aquellas variables psicológicas relevantes para el rendimiento deportivo. We describe the strategies adopted to cope with the limitations imposed by the pandemic to the access to health care by patients diagnosed with idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF). Discovery of γ-secretase modulators with a novel activity profile by text-based virtual screening.

We present an integrated approach to identify and optimize a novel class of γ-secretase modulators (GSMs) with a unique pharmacological profile. Our strategy included (i) virtual screening through application of a recently developed protocol (PhAST), (ii) synthetic chemistry to discover structure–activity relationships, and (iii) detailed in vitro pharmacological characterization. GSMs are promising agents for treatment or prevention of Alzheimer’s disease. International audience; Benzo[a]quinolizine is an important heterocyclic framework that can be found in numerous bioactive compounds. The general scheme for the synthesis of these compounds was based on the preparation of the appropriate dihydroisoquinolines by Bischler-Napieralski cyclization with good yields, followed by the Pemberton method to form the oxazinones or pyridones derivatives via acyl-ketene imine cyclocondensation.
