The dataset deals with the air quality perceived by citizens before and during the enforcement of COVID-19 restrictions in ten countries around the world: Australia, Brazil, China, Ghana, India, Iran, Italy, Norway, South Africa and the United States. An online survey conveniently translated into Chinese, English, Italian, Norwegian, Persian, Portuguese collected information regarding the perceived quality of air pollution according to a Likert scale. The questionnaire was distributed between 11-05-2020 and 31-05-2020 and 9 394 respondents took part. Abstract The issue of leading edge erosion (LEE) of wind turbine blades (WTBs) is a complex problem that reduces the aerodynamic efficiency of blades, and affects the overall cost of energy. Several research efforts are being made at the moment to counter erosion of WTBs such as-testing of advanced coating materials together with development of high-fidelity computational models. Novadpētniecība dod iespēju uzzināt vairāk par sev tuvajiem un vietu, no kurienes esam nākuši. Arvien biežāk sabiedrībā tiek norādīts uz digitālās vides vērtību un nozīmīgumu, līdz ar to bibliotēkām būtu jāpielāgojas, lai lietotājiem varētu piedāvāt vajadzīgo. Ir jāuzlabo bibliotēku novadpētniecības krājuma pieejamība attālināti. Pētījumā veiktās intervijas un kontentanalīze palīdz uzzinātu par veikto novadpētniecības krājuma digitalizācijas darbu bibliotēkās un kā varētu uzlabot digitalizācijas darbu. Pētījuma mērķis ir apskatīt un novērtēt digitalizācijas darbu bibliotēkās un izveidot bibliotēku novadpētniecības krājuma digitalizācijas modeli.

This paper provides an overview of the most recent passive radars based on long-term evolution (LTE). To begin, this paper investigates the various characteristics and requirements of 4 G LTE signals for radar, taking performance aspects such as range, velocity, range resolution, and velocity resolution into account. We study the problem of maintaining the 2-edge-, 2-vertex-, and 3-edge-connected components of a dynamic planar graph subject to edge deletions. The 2-edge-connected components can be maintained in a total of O(n log n) time under any sequence of at most O(n) deletions. This gives O(log n) amortized time per deletion. The 2-vertex- and 3-edge-connected components can be maintained in a total of O(n log2n) time. This gives O(log2n) amortized time per deletion. The space required by all our data structures is O(n).
