DTM spatial resolution and temperature and amount of rainfall estimation in France. The spatial variationanalysis of normal temperature and amount of rainfall in France is performed by simple linear correlations where elevationis the explanatory variable. The latter is provided in seven resolutions: 250,500 m, 1, 2, 4, 8 and 16 km. The correlationcoefficient is used to assess what is the resolution that works best. Temperatures are optimally explained by the 250 mresolution, the coarser resolutions producing lower quality results. The 2km resolution best explains the spatial variation ofrainfall.

Storm

We present Storm, a storage system which unifies the desktop and the public network, making Web links between desktop documents more practical. Storm assigns each document a permanent unique URI when it is created. Using peer-to-peer technology, we can locate documents even though our URIs do not include location information. Links continue to work unchanged when documents are emailed or published on the network. We have extended KDE to understand Storm URIs. Other systems such as GNU Emacs are able to use Storm through an HTTP gateway.

Mūsdienās cukura diabēts ir bieži sastopama hroniska vielmaiņas slimība. Internacionālā diabēta federācija apgalvo, ka visā pasaulē ar šo slimību sirgst apmēram 415 miljoni iedzīvotāju, Latvijā uz 2015. gadu tika reģistrēti 86 359 cilvēki, kuriem tika konstatēta šī slimība. Saslimstība ar cukura diabētu pasaulē un arī Latvijā turpina strauji pieaugt. Speciālisti uzsver, ka diabēta kontrole un laba ārstēšana novērš un mazina diabēta radītos sarežģījumus.
