El método Delphi como técnica de diagnóstico estratégico. Estudio empírico aplicado a las empresas de inserción en España

ResumenEl trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un diagnóstico estratégico de las empresas de inserción en España, identificando sus principales debilidades, amenazas, fortalezas y oportunidades, y las posibles medidas a implementar para mejorar su situación. Para ello, se utiliza el método Delphi como técnica basada en un cuestionario a expertos, incluida dentro de las metodologías cualitativas de la Dirección de Empresas, apropiada para trabajos exploratorios y en los que las técnicas cuantitativas no proporcionan suficiente información. Kaon-induced Lambda(1405) production on a deuteron target at DAFNE

The K^- induced production of Lambda(1405) in the K^- d to pi Sigma n reaction is investigated having in mind the conditions of the DAFNE facility at Frascati where kaons are obtained from the decay of slow moving phi mesons. We find that the K^- d to Lambda(1405) n process favors the production of Lambda(1405) initiated by the K^- p channel, which gives largest weight to the higher mass Lambda(1405) appearing at 1420 MeV in chiral theories. We find that the fastest kaons from the decay of the phi are well suited to see this resonance, particularly if one selects forward going neutrons in the center of mass, which reduce the contribution of single scattering and make the double scattering d…

Using LEACHM model for evaluation and optimization of the use low quality water in citrus

Para evaluar el riesgo de salinizacion en suelos con cultivo de cítricos se utilizó el modelo LEACHM que fue calibrado y validado en 7 perfiles de la cuenca sedimentaria de Torreblanca (Castellón, España). Se aplicó un análisis de escenarios mediante la combinación de: cultivos, clima, suelos, tipo de riego y calidad de las aguas y se analizaron estrategias alternativas mediante la utilización de mezclas de aguas. Los índices estadísticos mostraron un buen ajuste del modelo en la zona radicular entre 200-600 mm y una sobreestimación de la humedad en los horizontes inferiores. Las principales conclusiones de la presente Tesis son: 1. Los valores de toxicidad establecidos para los diferentes suelos cultivados con lechuga de las diferentes regiones agrícolas mediterráneas consideradas abarcaron rangos similares, siendo de 8 a 752 mgCu/kg en la región española y de 49 a 728 mgCu/kg en la australiana. En ambos casos, el valor máximo se obtuvo para el suelo con el mayor pH y el mayor contenido en arcilla, independientemente del tipo de suelo. Por tanto, estas dos propiedades edáficas son muy relevantes a la hora de analizar y evaluar la movilidad y la disponibilidad del Cu en el suelo.
