The community of sport expresses aggression, competition and solidarity when consuming or (re)producing social events and identity (gender, ethnicity, sexuality) plays an important role (Kassing et al., 2004) in the construction of a community (Magnane, 1964; Colovic, 1999). This chapter presents a couple therapy session from four different research perspectives: The verbal dialogue was analysed with the Dialogical Investigations of Happenings of Change method, the embodied reactions of each participant were analysed by examining the electrodermal activity of each participant, and nonverbal synchrony was observed between the participants. Stimulated Recall Interviews, conducted individually after the session, were used to gain insights on the participants’ thoughts and feelings concerning particular moments in the session. Measurement of the spin of the Xi(1530) resonance

The properties of the Xi(1530) resonance are investigated in the Lambdac+ --> Xi- pi+ K+ decay process. The data sample was collected with the BaBar detector at the SLAC PEP-II asymmetric-energy e+ e- collider operating at center of mass energies 10.58 and 10.54 GeV. The corresponding integrated luminosity is approximately 230 inverse fb. The spin of the Xi(1530) is established to be 3/2. The existence of an S-wave amplitude in the Xi- pi+ system is inferred, and its interference with the Xi(1530)0 amplitude provides the first clear demonstration of the Breit-Wigner phase motion expected for the Xi(1530). Abstract Thermal fluid dynamics analyses on single- and two-phase flows in helical pipes of steam generators to be used in Generation III and IV nuclear reactors have been performed. The study concerned with experimental activities as well code simulations carried out in the framework of a collaboration between the Department of Energetics of the Polytechnic of Torino and the Department of Energy of the University of Palermo. We report on a measurement of CP-violating asymmetries (A{sub CP}) in the Cabibbo-suppressed D{sup 0} {yields} {pi}{sup +}{pi}{sup -} and D{sup 0} {yields} K{sup +}K{sup -} decays reconstructed in a data sample corresponding to 5.9 fb{sup -1} of integrated luminosity collected by the upgraded Collider Detector at Fermilab. We use the strong decay D*{sup +} {yields} D{sup 0}{pi}{sup +} to identify the flavor of the charmed meson at production and exploit CP-conserving strong c{bar c} pair-production in p{bar p} collisions. Search for CP violation in D (+/-) -> (KSK +/-)-K-0 and D-s(+/-) -> K-S(0)pi(+/-) decays

A search for \CP violation in Cabibbo-suppressed $D^{\pm}\rightarrow K^0_{\mathrm{S}} K^{\pm}$ and $D^{\pm}_{s}\rightarrow K^0_{\mathrm{S}} \pi^{\pm}$ decays is performed using $pp$ collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3~fb$^{-1}$, recorded by the LHCb experiment. The individual $CP$-violating asymmetries are measured to be \begin{eqnarray*} \mathcal{A}_{CP}^{D^{\pm}\rightarrow K^0_{\mathrm{S}} K^{\pm}} & = & (+0.03 \pm 0.17 \pm 0.14) \% \mathcal{A}_{CP}^{D^{\pm}_{s}\rightarrow K^0_{\mathrm{S}} \pi^{\pm}} & = & (+0.38 \pm 0.46 \pm 0.17) \%, \end{eqnarray*} assuming that $CP$ violation in the Cabibbo-favoured decays is negligible.
