Based on an ethnographic approach, this paper explores how members of a new age spiritual movement known as ?Llave Mariana? (LLM) build and experience their bodies. At the same time, it develops a thick description of their ritual practices and later it analyzes, delving fundamentally into the phenomenological perspective, how these members shape and transform their forms of self-perception, experience, and representation of others and the environment. Finally, it considers the implications these spiritual practices have in the search and consolidation of alternative ways of being-in-the-world

Tämä tutkielma käsittelee tiedon ja taidon suhdetta pragmatistisessa tietoteoriassa samalla sivuten kasvatusfilosofiaa. Tieto ja taito nähdään pragmatismissa yhteenkietoutuneina. Väitän, että tämä pitäisi ottaa huomioon koulutusjärjestelmäämme pohtiessa. Tutkielman kannalta tärkein argumenttini on pragmatismin väite, ettei tietoa voi nähdä toiminnasta erillisenä. Täten erilaiset tietämisen tavat tulevat lähemmäksi toisiaan. Tutkielman alussa avaan tiedon suhdetta toimintaan. Koska tieto nähdään toiminnasta riippuvaisena, sekoittuu siihen ruumiillisuuden kautta monenlaisia taidoksi luokiteltuja asioita, joita tutkin etenkin luvussa neljä. In the current research, the productivity of CO2 photoreduction has been boosted by performing the reaction in an innovative photocatalytic reactor, which allows for operation up to 20 bar. A set of photocatalysts were used, including three types of pristine TiO2, i.e., one commercially prepared (Evonik P25), one home-prepared by flame spray pyrolysis (FSP), and one obtained by the hydrolysis of TiCl4 (TiO2exCl), a bare thermo-exfoliated carbon nitride (C3N4-TE), and binary materials composed of TiO2 and C3N4-TE. Bakalaura darbs „Pētera Damberga (1909–1987) lībiešu vietvārdu vākums” ir veltīts vietvārdiem un ģeogrāfiskās nomenklatūras vārdiem lībiešu valodā. Darbs ir jauns pētījums onomastikas, īpaši lībiešu onomastikas, nozarē, jo šis vietvārdu vākums pētīts pirmo reizi. Darba uzdevumos ietilpa apskatīt vietvārdu pētīšanas teorētisko literatūru; apkopot līdzšinējos lībiešu onomastikas pētījumus un raksturot specifiku; analizēt pētījuma objektu un izveidot šī vietvārdu vākuma ģeogrāfiskās nomenklatūras vārdu sarakstu.
