Attribute-based authentication (ABA) is a way to authenticate signers by means of attributes and it requests proof of possessing required attributes from the one to be authenticated. To achieve the property of traceability, required attributes should be combined with the signer’s attribute private keys in order to generate a signature. In some schemes, signers’ attribute keys are related to attribute trees, so changing attribute trees will cause the regeneration of all related attribute keys. The chapter describes an analytical scheme designed for investigating the mathematical discourse of biology tasks. The scheme was developed in the context of analysing tasks that are part of a fisheries management graduate-level course at a Norwegian university. Grounded in the commognitive perspective, the scheme focuses on the following aspects of the tasks: the mathematical content, its relation to biology discourse and students’ expected engagement with both discourses. Multi-pass execution of functional logic programs

An operational semantics for functional logic programs is presented. In such programs functional terms provide for reduction of expressions, provided that they ground. The semantics is based on multi-pass evaluation techniques originally developed for attribute grammars. Program execution is divided into two phases: (1) construction of an incomplete proof tree, and (2) its decoration into a complete proof tree. The construction phase applies a modified SLD-resolution scheme, and the decoration phase a partial (multi-pass) traversal over the tree. Purpose: To analyze the coverage and main bibliometric indicators of Anales de Pediatría in Scopus and Science Citation Index Expanded of the Web of Science (SCIE) databases. Material and method: The evolution of the journal production was identified according to the document types, collaboration indexes between authors and institutions, and citations, and impact indicators (number of citations, impact factor, 5-years impact factor and without self-citations, Scimago Journal Rank, quartile, h-index and most cited works). W artykule przedstawiono doświadczenia Biblioteki Głównej Uniwersytetu Opolskiego w tworzeniu instytucjonalnego repozytorium opartego na wcześniej funkcjonującym systemie ewidencji publikacji. Lokalnie gromadzone dane o publikacjach przekazywane są następnie, na podstawie obowiązujących aktów normatywnych regulujących System Informacji o Nauce, do ministerialnych systemów teleinformatycznych. W tekście omówiono również problemy związane z gromadzeniem i przekazywaniem danych o publikacjach do Modułu Sprawozdawczego Polskiej Bibliografii Naukowej, jednego z modułów Zintegrowanego Systemu Informacji o Nauce i Szkolnictwie Wyższym.

Search engine query data deliver insight into the behaviour of individuals who are the smallest possible scale of our economic life. Individuals are submitting several hundred million search engine queries around the world each day. We study weekly search volume data for various search terms from 2004 to 2010 that are offered by the search engine Google for scientific use, providing information about our economic life on an aggregated collective level.
