JAUNIZDALĪTO CEDECEA DAVISAE INFICĒJOŠO BAKTERIOFĀGU IZOLĒŠANA UN RAKSTUROŠANA

Darbā izolētas baktērijas no dažādu rožu dzimtas augļkopības kultūru augu lapām, kuras identificētas ar 16S rRNS gēna sekvenēšanas metodi. Izmantojot šīs baktērijas kā saimniekkultūras, tika izolēti 10 jauni dsDNS bakteriofāgi. Vēlāk ar Cedecea davisae baktēriju izolātu kā saimnieku no notekūdeņu paraugiem tika izolēti vēl 13 fāgi. Tālākai izpētei tika izvēlēts jaunizdalītais Cedecea fāgs Yanou. Fāgs Yanou ir Autographiviridae dzimtai, Teseptimavirus ģintij piederošs lītisks podovīruss ar 40865 bp garu genomu. [EN] Even though QR-factorization of the system matrix for tomographic devices has been already used for medical imaging, to date, no satisfactory solution has been found for solving large linear systems, such as those used in computed tomography (CT) (in the order of 106 equations). In CT, the Feldkamp, Davis, and Kress back projection algorithm (FDK) and iterative methods like conjugate gradient (CG) are the standard methods used for image reconstruction. The present study evaluated the degree of differentiation between closely-related species of Blyth's leaf warbler complex (Phylloscopus reguloides s.l.) and white-tailed leaf warbler complex (Phylloscopus davisoni s.l.) by molecular (cytochrome b and 16S rRNA) and bioacoustic markers (sonagraphic analysis of songs). Molecular phylogenetic results corroborate the recently suggested splittings of the two former taxa into three and two species, respectively. By contrast to previous opinion, differentiation of territorial songs parallels the genetic diversification in both groups. New faunal and floral records from Ocean Drilling Project Hole 963A, resolved at ?80-year spacing, provide evidence of suborbital scale climate variability in the central Mediterranean Sea throughout Marine Isotope Stage (MIS) 5. Cold events in the central Mediterranean Sea, indicated by low abundances of warm species and high abundances of cold species, are also evident in a planktonic foraminifera paleoclimatic curve. They have been linked to NGRIP Greenland ice core “C” events and appear correlative with similar sub-millennial climate fluctuations identified in the North Atlantic region and in the Alboran Basin (Westernmost Mediterranean).
