Children’s freedom in the family: childrens’ duties and parents’ right of correction. Situation in Spanish Law

En este trabajo se analiza la regulación de los deberes de los hijos y el derecho de corrección de los padres tras las últimas reformas legislativas, para determinar si sigue existiendo ese ius corrigendi pese a su eliminación formal del Código civil español, aunque no de otras legislaciones forales. In this paper we study the regulation of children’s duties and the parents’ right of correction after the last legislative reforms, to determinate if continues existing this ius corrigendi despite the formal elimination from the Spanish civil code, though not of other statutory legislations.

This article analyses the moral duties on the operation of the Sports Departments at Universities. Deontology, from the Greek Deon (duty) and logy (treated), refers to the sphere of duty. This ethical perspective, which is a key precursor from the German philosopher Immanuel Kant, raises the need to assume the duties that must be followed in interaction with others. In this sense the moral duties, as essential components of any code of ethics, guide the management model of Sports Departments at Universities. On Some Statistical Properties of the Spatio-Temporal Product Density

We present an extension of the non-parametric edge-corrected Ohser-type kernel estimator for the spatio-temporal product density function. We derive the mean and variance of the estimator and give a closed-form approximation for a spatio-temporal Poisson point process. Asymptotic properties of this second-order characteristic are derived, using an approach based on martingale theory. Taking advantage of the convergence to normality, confidence surfaces under the homogeneous Poisson process are built. The legend of saint Maria Aegyptiaca knew a large diffusion in hagiographical tradition, between East and West, from VI-VII century to the end of the Middle Ages. Together with Maria, father Zosima is the most important figure of the legend (a true “deuteragonist” of the narrative plot). He meets the heremitic woman in the wilderness of Palaestina and has a particular relation with her, founded on deference and devotion, till the death and the engraving of the old Maria.
