Tämän tutkimuksen lähtökohtana on keskustelu siitä, voidaanko demokratialla saavuttaa ilmastonmuutoksen hillitsemiseksi vaadittuja ympäristöystävällisiä ratkaisuja vai ei. Ympäristöystävällisten ratkaisujen saavuttamiseksi on ehdotettu demokratian kehittämistä ja verkostomaista uutta hallintaa, mutta myös demokratian rajoittamista. This thesis aims to understand the phenomenon of social entrepreneurship and measure its component dimensions. In particular, the thesis addresses two research gaps in the social entrepreneurship research. The first gap addressed is the resource mobilization during marketing strategy development of a social enterprise in its start-up stage. Social entrepreneurship is a diverse concept constituting various organizational form and activities. Ramon Llull és autor d’un extens i excepcional corpus de proverbis, distribuït en cinc reculls que va escriure principalment entre 1295 i 1302. En aquest article, després de contextualitzar les col·leccions en el marc de la trajectòria intel·lectual de Llull, de presentar els seus trets més remarcables i de repassar breument alguns aspectes de la teoria paremiològica sobre els marcadors proverbials, s’analitza l’ús d’un conjunt de procediments retòrics en la formulació dels enunciats, en especial la personificació i el paral·lelisme, el qual es posa en relació amb les funcions i les aplicacions pràctiques que Llull mateix preveu per als seus proverbis.

Uzsākot pētījumu izvirzīta arī hipotēze: vietējo pašvaldību autonomija Latvijā ir samazinājusies. Darba teorētiskā daļā skaidrota vietējās autonomijas un vietējās demokrātijas nozīmē, aprakstīti decentralizācijas, subsidaritātes principi. El objetivo del estudio es evaluar la virtuosidad percibida en organizaciones escolares y las diferencias por tipo de centro educativo (fiscal, municipal); sexo (mujer, hombre) y rol (estudiantes, docentes). Se trató de un estudio instrumental basado en el análisis de la estructura factorial y la fiabilidad de un cuestionario para evaluar virtudes percibidas en escuelas (VPOE); y, de un estudio descriptivo transversal que analizó diferencias por sexo, rol y tipo de organizaciones escolares con relación a las virtudes percibidas.
