Apziņas koncepcija evolucionisma pieejas ietvaros Daniela Deneta filozofijā

Šis darbs nodarbojas ar Daniela Deneta apziņas teorijas evolucionāro premisu interpretāciju un analīzi. Darba pirmās divas daļas koncentrējas uz metodoloģiskajiem un ontoloģiskajiem aspektiem, kas raksturo Deneta pieeju apziņas problemātikai. Darba trešā daļa izpēta modeļus un metaforas, ko Denets lieto, lai konstruētu jaunu un, cerams, labāku veidu, kā domāt par to, kā smadzeņu darbība ir spējīga radīt mentālu saturu. Un, visbeidzot, trešā daļa meklē analoģijas starp Deneta apziņas teoriju un komplekso sistēmu zinātni, cenšoties noskaidrot, kādā veidā kompleksitāte varētu būt noderīga gan kā jēgpilna premisa, gan arī kā intuitīvs veids, kā domāt par mūsu mentālo dzīvi.

Nel concentrarsi in particolare sulla impossibilità di accettare la proposta ricostruttiva di Lenel, si nega che che la 'demonstratio' con cui si apriva il programma di giudizio potesse risolversi nell'enunciazione, in un costrutto assertorio introdotto da 'quod', della richiesta di un giudice, dovendo invece rinviare, come le altre 'demonstrationes' a noi note, alla 'causa actionis'.

Abstract In order to assess the environmental feasibility of anaerobic membrane bioreactor (AnMBR) technology for urban wastewater (UWW) treatment at ambient temperature, a demonstration plant was operated within the LIFE MEMORY project ( http://www.life-memory.eu/en/ ). This plant incorporates full-scale hollow-fiber membrane modules and was fed with the effluent from the pre-treatment of the “Alcazar de San Juan” WWTP (Alcazar de San Juan, Ciudad Real, Spain). Because of the dimensions of this plant, the system can be regarded as a previous step to the scale-up of AnMBR technology for full-scale UWW treatment. Tutkimusaiheena tässä tutkielmassa on vanhassa kirjasuomessa esiintyvä paholaisnimistö. Aihe on perusteltu, sillä vanhan kirjasuomen aikakauden paholaisnimistöä ei ole tutkittu aikaisemmin. Tutkimus selvitti, millaisten vaiheiden kautta kaksi ensimmäistä suomenkielistä Uutta testamenttia on käännetty ja miten paholaista on nimitetty näissä teksteissä. Ensimmäinen Uusi testamentti on Mikael Agricolan kääntämä, ja se on julkaistu vuonna 1548. Toinen teoksista on eri vaiheiden jälkeen painettu vuonna 1642, ja sen viimeistelystä vastasi Eskil Petraeuksen johtama käännöskomitea. Tässä tutkimuksessa määriteltiin tutkimukselliset demonstraatiot sekä selvitettiin kirjallisuuden pohjalta erilaisia perusteluita esittää demonstraatioita kemian opetuksessa. Lisäksi selvitettiin hyvän demonstraation kriteerejä sekä erilaisia tapoja esittää demonstraatioita kemian opetuksessa. Demonstraatioiden tekemiselle löydettiin erilaisia perusteluita. Näitä olivat muun muassa taloudelliset perusteet, demonstraatioiden opettava vaikutus, opetuksen monimuotoistaminen sekä demonstraatioiden opiskelijoita motivoiva vaikutus. Tässä tutkielmassa selvitettiin demonstraatioiden käytön vaikutuksia yliopisto- opetuksessa motivaatioon, työelämään ja kemian opiskeluun. Kirjallisessa osassa syvennyttiin selvittämään, millaisia demonstraatioita yliopistoopetuksessa yleensä voidaan tehdä. Tässä kontekstissa keskityttiin erityisesti mikroskaalassa tehtäviin ja tietokoneavusteisiin demonstraatioihin. Kirjallisessa osassa selvitettiin myös oppimiskäsityksiä ja kemiallisen tiedonrakentumisen malleja. Näitä verrattiin yliopisto-opetukseen ja todettiin opetuksen olevan kehittymässä vanhoista behavioristisista käsityksistä uudempiin oppimiskäsityksiin.
