Depresijas, ruminēšanas un sociālo problēmu risināšanas saistība

2015

Evaluation of anxiety, depression, aggression, and life satisfaction of nurses working with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2-infected …

2023

Background: Negative emotions such as anxiety, depression, and aggression are among the factors that influence the level of perceived life satisfaction. Life satisfaction is related to physical and mental health and is an important component of human functioning. Nurses are particularly vulnerable to negative emotions due to their high-risk occupation and contact with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)-infected individuals. Aim of the study: The main objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between life satisfaction and levels of anxiety, depression, and aggression among nurses working with patients infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Serotonin receptor agonist treatment induces transactivation of fibroblast growth factor receptor-1 (FGFR1) tyrosine kinase in the rat hippocampal ne…

2010

Over the past decade, many examples of activation of receptor tyrosine kinases in response to G-protein coupled receptor signaling have been reported, indicating that there are alternative modes of receptor tyrosine kinase activation (transactivation) in the absence of neurotrophic factor binding. In the present work, we aimed to examine if 5-HT receptor subtype activation may induce fibroblast growth factor receptor-1 (FGFR1) phosphorylation through transactivation of tyrosine kinase. The study has been performed in young adult rats treated with the selective 5-HT1A receptor agonist 8-OHDPAT at the dose of 0.4 mg/kg/i.p.. FGFR1 phosphorylation was evaluated by immunoprecipitation and weste…

Fattori di rischio della depressione post partum

2009

Oral Health of Patients with and without Depressive Episodes during COVID-19 Pandemic

2022

Exploring the Effectiveness of Dialectical Behavior Therapy Versus Systems Training for Emotional Predictability and Problem Solving in a Sample of P…

2021

Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and systems training for emotional predictability and problem solving (STEPPS) are two treatment protocols for people with borderline personality disorder (BPD) that have received important empirical support. However, their possible differential effectiveness has not yet been studied. The objective of this study is to explore the effectiveness of these two treatment programs. A nonrandomized clinical trial was carried out in which both treatments were applied for six months. The sample consisted of 72 patients diagnosed with BPD. The results indicate that both groups experienced a statistically significant reduction in BPD symptom, emotional regulation, i…
