l fenomeno dei cosiddetti “foreign fighters” e il verificarsi di attacchi terroristici in alcuni paesi dell’Unione europea hanno sollevato la questione relativa alla privazione della cittadinanza come misura di contrasto e tutela della sicurezza pubblica. Questo articolo intende contribuire al dibattito sulla legittimità giuridica di tale misura, esaminando i recenti sviluppi della legislazione in materia e le sue applicazioni in Belgio, Francia, Regno Unito e Italia.

Sponges (phylum Porifera) live in an aqueous milieu that contains dissolved organic carbon. This is degraded photochemically by ultraviolet radiation to alkenes, particularly to ethylene. This study demonstrates that sponge cells (here the demosponge Suberites domuncula has been used), which have assembled to primmorphs, react to 5 microM ethylene with a significant up-regulation of intracellular Ca(2+) concentration and with a reduction of starvation-induced apoptosis. Social comparisons at work as related to a cooperative social climate and to individual differences in social comparison orientation

This study examined the frequency of social comparisons in a work setting, and the feelings that these comparisons evoked. These processes were related to individual differences in social comparison orientation, and to the perception of a cooperative social climate at work. The participants were 216 physicians from various health centers in the Community of Valencia in Spain. In general, upward comparisons occurred more often, and elicited more positive and less negative affect than downward comparisons.
