La motivación de los entrenadores deportivos: un estudio desde la teoría de la autodeterminación

El objetivo del estudio consistió en analizar, en una muestra formada por 506 entrenadores, sus percepciones de: satisfacción de necesidades, percepción de utilidad, motivación autodeterminada, y promoción del bienestar de sus deportistas, así como las diferencias en función del sexo, edad y tipo de deporte. The Attention-Related Driving Errors Scale (ARDES) is a self-reported questionnaire to assess individual differences in the proneness to make attentional errors while driving. Relationships between burnout and role ambiguity, role conflict and employee absenteeism among health workers

The aim of this research was to analyze the influence of some psychosocial risk factors in the development of burnout and to analyze the influence of this phenomenon on employee absenteeism. The study sample included 142 health care workers. The data analysis included descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression models. The results confirmed the influence of role ambiguity and role conflict on burnout [F (2.139) = 26.720; p < .001], but the influence of burnout on employee absenteeism was not confirmed. However, a significant and positive relationship has been shown between burnout and employee absenteeism (β = 0.197; p < .05). In conclusion, the findings of this study support the …

Background: The first state of alarm due to COVID-19 in Spain led to limit dental treatment exclusively to emergencies. The objective of the survey was to evaluate the amount and type of emergencies attended during this period, as well as to know how they were solved, and what measures were adopted to carry out dental care in these exceptional circumstances.
