Amidst societal, demographic and educational changes, teachers are expected to engage in professional development and learning (PDL) throughout their careers. This study explores school teachers’ mental models about their work in the framework of Senge’s learning organisation, aiming to support their PDL during curriculum reform and organisational changes. Maģistra darbs ir uzrakstīts angļu valodā uz 58 lappusēm. Darbā ir 19 attēls, 13 tabulas un 54 atsauces uz zinātnisko literatūru. Mācīšanās grūtības (LD) ir bieži sastopama problēma skolēniem Eiropas izglītības sistēmā. Vēl joprojām ir maza izpratne par LD un to cēloņsakarībām. Šī pētījuma mērķis ir izveidot pārskatu par problēmu, pamatā koncentrējoties uz attīstības disleksiju (DD), un izpētīt redzes treniņu iespējas, kuras var sniegt optometrists komandā ar citiem profesionāļiem. Dynamiczne optymalne planowanie i prognozowanie racjonalnego połączenia sektorów rolniczych pozwala przy najniższych kosztach i ryzyku dokonać przejścia od tradycyjnych form działalności do rolnictwa ekologicznego lub organicznego. Artykuł naświetla kwestię gradacji ekologiczności gospodarstwa rolnego, która obejmuje podstawowe kryteria zrównoważonych modeli rozwoju rolnictwa. Za pomocą programowania matematycznego udowodniono skuteczność zwiększenia poziomu ekologizacji. Przedstawiono zautomatyzowany model rozwoju gospodarstwa rolnego oraz sposoby zwiększenia bezpieczeństwa produkcji. Model jest uniwersalny i może być stosowany w przedsię-biorstwach lasostepu Ukrainy Lewobrzeżnej.

Economic Structure and Vulnerability to Organised Crime: Evidence from Sicily

The economic analysis of organised crime suggests that some economic activities are particularly vulnerable to penetration by criminal organisations. This paper provides an analysis of the structure of the Sicilian economy and shows that, when compared with other Italian regions, it is characterised by a disproportionate presence of such activities. This article addresses identities, hierarchies of knowledge and power relations in academia in postcolonial settings, in the context of development studies in Tanzania. Based on literatures on organizational identity and postcolonial hybridity, it establishes a conceptual lens of hybrid identity, scrutinizing how the identity of the discipline of development studies is constructed.
