Dialogical view on learner agency of immigrant pupils : a case study of the learners of Finnish as L2

This study explores the dialogical nature of agency when two immigrant pupils, who are learning Finnish as their new target language, are authoring their selves. Bakhtin’s dialogism was the inspiration for this examination of the discourses that surround the L2 pupils’ agency and how they respond to discourses through their agency. Ethnographically oriented data collection included classroom observations, the pupils’ portfolios, and interviews with the pupils (as main participants) and meaningful adults. Kvalifikācijas darbs izstrādāts par tematu „Trīsgadīgu bērnu dialogrunas pilnveide dienas ritumā”. Pētījuma aktualitāti pamatoja apstāklis, ka līdz ar pāreju uz jauno izglītības saturu, tiek izvirzītas jaunas prasības pret tādām bērna kompetencēm kā komunikatīvā, kas ietver dialoga veidošanu un sadarbību. Tai pat laikā dialogrunas attīstības jautājumi pirmsskolas pedagoģijā ir aplūkoti nepietiekami. Pētījuma mērķis ir teorētiski un praktiski pētīt dialogrunas pilnveides iespējas trīsgadīgiem bērniem pirmsskolas organizētā dienas ritumā. Työnohjaajan toiminta ryhmätyönohjaustilanteessa

Tässä pro gradu -tutkielmassa tarkasteltiin työnohjaajien toimintaa kolmessa eri työnohjausryhmässä. Tarkoituksena oli selvittää, mitä työnohjaaja ryhmätyönohjaustilanteessa tekee, ja ovatko kolmen eri työnohjaajan toimintatavat yhteisiä vai yksilöllisiä. Ohjaajien toimintatapoja verrattiin Caplanin (1970) ajatukseen työnohjauksesta opetuksellisuutta, tukea ja laadun varmistusta sisältävänä prosessina. Lisäksi tarkasteltiin, millaiset työnohjaajan toimintatavat edistävät dialogisuuden syntymistä työnohjausryhmässä.
