Neonatal problems of late and moderate preterm infants.

International audience; Late and moderate preterm infants account for \textgreater80% of premature births. These newborns experience considerable mortality and morbidity in comparison with full-term born infants. The purpose of this paper is to summarise the most common morbidities of late and moderate preterm infants in the neonatal period, their incidence, severity, risk factors and need for admission to the different levels of care. The recent findings on preventive strategies and management priorities for clinical care of these vulnerable babies are also reviewed.

Remote sensing is a suitable candidate for monitoring rapid changes in Polar regions, offering high-resolution spectral, spatial and radiometric data. This paper focuses on the spectral properties of dominant plant species acquired during the first week of August 2015. Twenty-eight plots were selected, which could easily be identified in the field as well as on RapidEye satellite imagery. Spectral measurements of individual species were acquired, and heavy metal contamination stress factors were measured contemporaneously. The nineteenth century was characterized, on the one hand, by the common purpose towards the development of legal remedies against the public administration, on the other hand, by different opinions about the best way to achieve this goal. The present paper suggests that the preference for monism was the result of abstract legal ideologies, while the dualist system prevailed on the grounds of effectiveness of legal protection. Today the neo-monism has a different meaning: it is an authoritarian way to make the public authorities free from the narrow constraints of the administrative law.
