Optimisation non-lisse pour l'estimation de composants immunitaires cellulaires dans un environnement tumoral

In this PhD proposal we will investigate new regularization methods of inverse problems that provide an absolute quantification of immune cell subpopulations. The mathematical aspect of this PhD proposal is two-fold. The first goal is to enhance the underlying linear model through a more refined construction of the expression matrix. The second goal is, given this linear model, to derive the best possible estimator. These two issues can be treated in a decoupled way, which is the standard for existing methods such as Cibersort, or as a coupled optimization problem (which is known as blind deconvolution in signal processing).

This study concerns the efficiency of usual statistical filters in economics to reduce the tendencial and seasonal components : the moving average processes of CENSUS Xll seasonal adjustment method and the difference sof d order early proposed by BOX-JENKINS. We are herein using the spectral and cospectral analyses to know whether the other components keep stable in the filtering process and whether the leads and lags found on the basis of the initial original data are kept after these filtering processes. This manuscript highlights the work of the author since he was nominated as "Chargé de Recherche" (research scientist) at Centre national de la recherche scientifique (CNRS) in 2015. La historia de Píramo y Tisbe narrada por Ovidio en Las metamorfosis ha dado lugar a un número importante de relatos sobre los dos amantes en la literatura medieval francesa. En este trabajo observamos la constelación francesa del relato ovidiano centrándonos en el tratamiento que ha tenido un elemento fundamental del universo de ficción ovidiana: su oscilación entre identificar y diferenciar a los dos amantes. Se observa en las versiones medievales francesas una marcada tendencia a individualizar al personaje femenino y darle más relieve, aunque no siempre ocurre así.
