International audience; In this paper, we highlight how semantic wikis can be relevant solutions for building cooperative data driven applications in domains characterized by a rapid evolution of knowledge. We will point out the semantic capabilities of annotated databases and structured wikis to provide better quality of content, to support complex queries and finally to carry on different type of users. Teza/cel artykułu - Zapewnienie odpowiedniej jakości zasobów informacji w bibliotekach cyfrowych stanowi nowe wyzwanie dla dalszego intensywnego rozwoju tego rodzaju wirtualnych organizacji. Celem artykułu jest ukazanie miejsca i znaczenia oceny jakości informacji w najważniejszych modelach ewaluacji bibliotek cyfrowych. Metody - Jako metodę badawczą zastosowano analizę porównawczą wybranych modeli bibliotek cyfrowych pod względem sposobu ujęcia oceny jakości informacji w strukturze modelu, zakresu tej oceny oraz proponowanych metod i technik oceny. Istnieje potrzeba badań naukowych związanych z rozwojem zasobów cyfrowych. Szczególnym obszarem intensywnego wzrostu ilości informacji w formie elektronicznej stanowią zasoby bibliotek Uczelni Wyższych. Do tej grupy zaliczane są także biblioteki Państwowych Wyższych Szkół Zawodowych w Polsce. Artykuł prezentuje ocenę jakości informacji na stronach PWSZ. W literaturze przedmiotu dostępne są modele oceny bibliotek cyfrowych, które są uzależnione od stopnia szczegółowości przyjętego modelu (od prostych wytycznych, po modele holistyczne) lub stawiające w centrum zainteresowania: użytkownika, zasoby informacyjne, infrastrukturę informacyjną oraz wybrane relacje pomiędzy tymi elementami (np. inte…
