Die Titelsubstanz 1 wurde durch Einwirkung von Diphenylphosphin auf Bis-π-allyl-nickel, Tetrakis(triphenylphosphin)-nickel(0) (2), Nickelpulver oder Nickel(II)-bromid dargestellt.
