Zināšanas un diskurss Mišela Fuko darbos

Šajā darbā tiek aprakstīta un analizēta franču domātāja Mišela Fuko izpratne par zināšanām un diskursu. Šī izpratne tiek savienota ar Fuko varas analīzi, lai parādītu, ka autora arheoloģijas posma idejas kalpo kā labs atspēriena punkts vēlākajai varas analīzei, kā arī varas un zināšanu attiecību analīzei. Lai iezīmētu varas un zināšanu attiecības praktiskos aspektus, par konkrētu modeli kalpo disciplinārās varas, kā arī šīs varas tehniku un prakšu analīze. Fuko iezīmētā problemātika zināšanu un varas sakarā nav zaudējusi savu aktualitāti arī mūsdienās. Autora doma dod jaunas iespējas, perspektīvas tam, kā var skatīties uz zināšanām, varu, kā arī uz vēsturi.

The aim of this paper was to analyze how cultural identification, perceived discrimination and the sense of community are related to life satisfaction among foreign partners in intercultural families. The study compared 105 and 95 foreign partners in mixed families resident in Italy and Spain, respectively. The phenomenon in both countries displays similar sociodemographic aspects. Hydrodistillation of the flowers (BpFl) of and fruits (BpFr) of Bupleurum fontanesii Guss. ex Caruel gave two oils that were analyzed by GC and GC-MS. The main components were α-elemol (16.7%), caryophyllene oxide (16.4%) and heptacosane (15.9%) in BpFl, and spathulenol (16.8%), caryophylladienol I (13.2%) and α-elemol (12.8%) in BpFr. A good antimicrobial activity against several microorganisms, including Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Fusarium oxysporum and Aspergillus niger, all infesting historical art craft, was also determined.
Grain Composition and Functional Ingredients of Barley Varieties Created in Latvia

Abstract Cereals, including barley, have been recognised as functional foods that provide beneficial effect on the health of the consumer and decrease the risk of various diseases. The aim of investigation was to determine the grain composition of barley varieties and perspective breeding lines bred in Latvia and to evaluate its functional ingredients. The results of analysis showed that protein content among varieties ranged from 106.6-146.8 g·kg-1, total dietary fibre 187.4-208.2 g·kg-1, β-glucans 42.8 g-49.4 g·kg-1, and amount of α-tocopherol 6.03-8.93 mg·kg-1. Heikkojen äidinkielen äänteiden muistiedustusten on esitetty olevan merkittävä tekijä dysleksiassa eli kehityksellisessä lukihäiriössä. Muistiedustusten tarkkuutta voidaan selvittää esimerkiksi tutkimalla aivojen herätevasteita. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää, miten dyslektisten lasten muistiedustukset prototyyppisistä äidinkielen äänteistä eroavat normaalisti lukevien lasten muistiedustuksista. Eroja tutkittiin tarkastelemalla prototyyppisten ja epäprototyyppisten äidinkielen äänteiden synnyttämiä LDN-vasteita.
