This project is based on the perspective of qualitative research and social action, attempting to approach the world of homelessness in times of crisis. La libertad de expresión es un derecho que funciona como piedra angular de un Estado democrático, pues permite la toma de decisiones informadas y la transmisión de las ideas. Sin embargo, ese derecho puede encontrar ciertos límites, como el caso de los discursos de odio. En el presente trabajo se analiza cómo deben regularse los límites de la libertad de expresión cuando se trata de discursos de odio, y cuáles deberían ser las sanciones para quienes incurren en dicha conducta.

The volume collects and analyzes the collaborations of Manuel Vázquez Montalbán in the magazine Triunfo, from the opinion article, to the report, from the short story to the comic strip, focusing on the use of heteronomous words. Following the path of the genre, the style and the narrative perspectives of the different contributions, the fertile osmosis between literary discourse and journalistic discourse is thus verified. L’azione manipolatrice del discorso del regime franchista è invece l’oggetto dell’'articolo. In esso, attraverso una minuziosa analisi linguistica del Diario de un falangista de primera línea, firmato da Alfonso Gallego Cortés, reduce della campagna di Russia, e pubblicato su Legiones y Falanges tra aprile del 1942 e gennaio del 1943, si dimostra come ogni elemento costitutivo del discorso narrativo si pone al servizio dell’ideologia del regime.
