Article paru en décembre 2018; International audience; La France se caractérise par un taux de chômage des jeunes docteurs élevé dans les premières années après la thèse, ce qui peut conduire certains d'entre eux à s'expatrier. Ce travail s'interroge sur la manière dont les jeunes docteurs partis à l'étranger perçoivent les compétences acquises dans leur formation doctorale, lorsqu'ils se comparent à leurs collègues de travail.
