In this chapter, I will study the relationship between education and working life from a few viewpoints. First, I will examine how everyday working life has changed and how education has to change. Second, I will depict how the practices of both education and the working world can and should be researched in terms of the theory of practice architectures. In order to design a model of moral neuroeducation for pluralistic and democratic societies three core issues need to be addressed in-depth: firstly, the cerebral basis of moral behaviour (neuroethics); secondly, how neuroscientific knowledge can be engaged in the teaching of moral education (moral neuroeducation); and finally, the specific ethical model underpinning this area of education (moral and political philosophy). Para pertrechar esta tesis se escogen los derechos de la libertad sindical y las garantías en la terminación del contrato de trabajo por su centralidad para el Derecho del Trabajo. Raksts pamatā ir veltīts zinātnieku atziņām par inteliģentas ārpuszemes dzīvības iespējamību, izdarot no šādas hipotēzes tālākus konstruktīvus teoloģiskus secinājumus. Attiecīgi rakstam ir divas galvenās daļas – zinātniski-teorētiskā un konstruktīvi-teoloģiskā, un tas pieder zinātnes un reliģijas dialoga jomai. Dzīvība rakstā definēta mūsdienu bioloģijas izpratnē. Tiek apskatīti dzīvības rašanās scenāriji, ieskaitot spontānās rašanās un „panspermijas” alternatīvas, kā arī tiek apsvērtas „bioloģiskā determinisma” un no tā izrietošā „bioloģiskā universa” hipotēzes, kuru patiesuma gadījumā universā jābūt civilizācijām un būtnēm, kas attīstījušās nesalīdzināmi augstāk nekā cilvēki.
