Interpreting the Sustainable Development Goals through the Perspectives of Utopia and Governance

The article analyses the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) from the perspective of their self-understanding of political sense expressed in key SDG documents, including both UN documents and reports produced by individual countries. Utopia and governance are presented as ideal-typical approaches and analytical tools for qualitative content analysis. This approach is argued to be particularly illuminating in the case of politics of international development, as international development is simultaneously highly utopian and deeply embedded in rationalities of governance. National audience; Cet article présente un système de reconnaissance de la structure logique de notices bibliographiques en vue de la conversion rétrospective de catalogues de bibliothèques. Le système est guidé par un modèle de structures de la classe des notices, construit sur la base de spécifications détaillées par la bibliothèque. Le modèle fait intervenir aussi bien des connaissances sur la macro-structure des notices que sur la micro-structure de leur contenu. Rakenteiset dokumentit mahdollistavat rakennemääritysten, dokumentti-instanssien sekä ulkoasumääritysten hallinnoinnin omina sisältöyksiköinään. In information retrieval systems operation, lack of adequate selection criteria originates information overload and has negative consequences in relevance judgments. In the context of a news reference service, three leveis in the selection process are proposed.
