An Interactive Framework for Offline Data-Driven Multiobjective Optimization

We propose a framework for solving offline data-driven multiobjective optimization problems in an interactive manner. No new data becomes available when solving offline problems. We fit surrogate models to the data to enable optimization, which introduces uncertainty. The framework incorporates preference information from a decision maker in two aspects to direct the solution process. Firstly, the decision maker can guide the optimization by providing preferences for objectives. The recent densification of Wi-Fi networks is exacerbating the effects of well-known pathologies including hidden nodes and flow starvation. This paper provides an automatic diagnostic tool for detecting the source roots of performance impairments by recognizing the wireless operating context. Our tool for Wi-Fi diagnostic, named Wi-Dia, exploits machine learning methods and uses features related to network topology and channel utilization, without impact on regular network operations and working in real-time. Promocijas darbā ir izstrādāts konfigurators plaša profila DSML rīku definēšanai. Konfigurators balstās uz ideju, ka DSML definīciju var uzdot ar universālu metamodeli (UML klašu diagrammas formā), kura pēc tam konfiguratorā tiek apstrādāta, lai nodrošinātu rīka darbību. Turklāt nestandarta gadījumiem, kad esošās metamodeļa iespējas ir nepietiekošas, metamodelī ir realizēts paplašinājuma punktu mehānisms, kas ļauj pievienot rīkam specifiski transformāciju valodā noprogrammētu funkcionalitāti. Izstrādātais konfigurators ir pārbaudīts vairākos praktiskos lietojumos un apliecinājis savu efektivitāti.
