Master's thesis in Political science and management (ME502) Sykefravær er et komplekst fenomen som rammer de fleste organisasjoner i mindre eller større grad, ofte det sistnevnte. Årsaker til sykefravær knyttes til ulike, om enn relaterte forklaringer, og det interessante i denne sammenheng er forklaringer på sykefravær. Studien er myntet på ledere i virksomheter med ti eller flere ansatte, der 1716 virksomheter deltok i undersøkelsen.
