The Dark Web (i.e., the anonymous web or Darknet) contains potentially harmful COVID-19-related information and content such as conspiracy theories and forged certificates. The Dark Web may particularly attract individuals who are suspicious about the pandemic, but there is no research concerning the use of the Dark Web as a COVID-19 information source. Bakalaura darbā tiek apskatīts tiesas debašu regulējums Kriminālprocesa likumā un citu valstu kriminālprocesa kodeksos, kā arī analizēti gaidāmo grozījumu Kriminālprocesa likumā (Nr. 427/Lp13) apsvērumi. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt tiesas debašu nozīmi un saturu kriminālprocesā, kā arī noskaidrot to ilguma ierobežošanas nepieciešamību un ietekmi uz iztiesāšanas norisi. Darba uzdevumi ir izpētīt tiesas debašu institūtu un tā vēsturisko attīstību Latvijā, analizēt tiesas debašu ilguma ierobežošanas iemeslus, pētot likumdošanas materiālus, kā arī salīdzināt regulējumu ārvalstīs un citos procesuālajos likumos Latvijā. This dissertation aims at providing tools to reduce the costs and improve the accuracy of freshwater benthic macroinvertebrate biomonitoring. Testing explosive bubbles with time-varying volatility: the case of Spanish public debt

In this paper the dynamics of the Spanish public debt-GDP ratio is analysed during the period 1850–2021. We use recent procedures to test for explosive bubbles in the presence under time- varying volatility (Harvey et al., 2016; Harvey et al., 2019, 2020; Kurozumi et al., 2022) in order to test the explosive behavior of Spanish public debt over this long period. We extend previous analysis of Esteve and Prats (2022) where assume constant unconditional volatility in the underlying error process.

Polyurea (PU) is intrinsically reinforced by its microphase-separated morphology, giving its excellent mechanical properties. In this study, it is shown how a high-index PU formulation applies easy diffusion of hard segments into the soft phase of the PU matrix and tune its chain mobility. Moreover, the interaction of micro (>100 nm), nano (<100 nm) fillers with the microdomains and their thermomechanical properties are unraveled.
