El trabajo analiza, desde una perspectiva de Derecho comparado, los stages franceses o estancias de formación, que, en su acepción más estricta, son períodos de prácticas en empresas en educación universitaria. El Derecho francés mediante sucesivas reformas ha creado un estatuto de los stagiaires mediante el reconocimiento de una serie de derechos. Entre las idiosincrasias del Derecho francés, se instituye un derecho de gratificación cuando la duración es al menos de 2 meses y se limita la duración máxima del tiempo de prácticas aplicando los mismos topes de jornada de los trabajadores. An inter-laboratory comparison to evaluate the suitability of EN 1787 standard to detect irradiation in plant-origin foods with health benefits

Abstract This paper reports the results of a study carried out to verify the applicability of the EN 1787 method, which uses the Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) technique for the identification of irradiated plant-origin foods with health benefits. The method was tested on samples of herbal ingredients of Plant Food Supplements (PFSs), nuts and fresh blueberries. Untreated and irradiated samples of Camellia sinensis (leaves) Ginkgo biloba (leaves), Glycine max (seeds), Silybum marianum (fruits), Vaccinium myrtillus (fruits), almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, pistachios, walnuts and fresh blueberries were analysed. Montlivaltia multiformis Toula (Scleractinia) from the Aptian of the Prebetic Domain (SE Spain)

Montlivaltia multiformis Taula (Scleractinia, Faviina, Montlivaltidae), formerly reported from the Carpatho Balkanic domain is described from Lower Aptian beds of the Prebetic Domain (SE Spain). Taxonomic attributes include the organisation of radial elements, septal trabeculae, carinae and endothecal elements while the external morphology of the coralla is fairly variable. The sedimentological context suggests a circalittoral environment also supported by palaecological features of the surrounding fauna. Owing to its stratigraphic position in the Carpatho-Balkanic region and in Spain, Montlivaltia multiformis appears as a potential marker for both shallow carbonate or outer shelf settings …

1. Arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) symbiosis has been shown to enhance some plant traits to which pollinators are known to respond. Moreover, in gynodioecious species pollinators prefer hermaphrodite flowers over female ones, but the role of fungal symbiosis in sex-specific pollinator attraction is unknown. 2. We examined how plant gender dimorphism and AM symbiosis affect floral visitors and reproductive output in the gynodioecious plant Geranium sylvaticum. Celem przeprowadzonych badań była ocena poziomu zanieczyszczenia wybranymi metalami ciężkimi: Zn, Ni, Cd i Pb terenów leśnych gminy Twardogóra. Miasto Twardogóra położone jest w północno-wschodniej części województwa dolnośląskiego, lasy stanowią 44% całej powierzchni gminy. Porosty Hypogymnia physodes oraz mchy Pleurozium schreberi pobrane zostały z 32 miejsc zlokalizowanych w pobliżu wsi Gola, Goszcz, Grabowno Wielkie oraz Sosnówka. This work deals with the interfacial mixing mechanism of picoliter (pL)-scale droplets produced by sequential inkjet printing of organic-based inks onto ITO/PET surfaces at a moderately high Weber number (~101). Differently from solution dispensing processes at a high Bond number such as spin coating, the deposition by inkjet printing is strictly controlled by droplet velocity, ink viscosity, and surface tension.
